It would be a good car if the software for the quality of life stuff wasn't so full of bugs and crap to use. Seriously... letting google loose on a car whose software was fine when it was Volvo's proprietary software which worked perfectly well was the biggest mistake Volvo could have made. Just so you can have KZread, which can't be used when the car is in motion. I have creep turned off but the car still creeps sometimes. I also had a random fault where the car would move in reverse even when the dash indicated R. The car still moved forward. I won't buy another Volvo, my car keeps on having indicator faults, sees ghost cars, you can't use the satnav if the car is moving and you are the passenger or a couple of other settings too such as the afore mentioned KZread. The car does not recognise that there is a passenger, Volvo says it is a safety thing but if you are in the passenger seat, the car should recognise this as is does for the seatbelt warning and allow the passenger to use the satnav/youtube/other settings whilst in motion. I change the power settings whilst in motion, I can check the air quality info whilst in motion so no concerns about safety there considering I have to take my eyes off the road to do so. Also the HUD is information sparse... there could be more to see on the HUD, it's just not fully utiliised. And forget voice control, I have a north east english accent, Google has no chance with that. There are better cars that are cheaper to be honest. This is a bit of a disaster for Volvo. The 360 camera sometimes throws up an unavailable message so that is useless at times. I've had my T8 since October last year and I'm not impressed,. In order for it to perform close to it's 455BHP rating you need to have the Polestar upgrade. Otherwise the car is lethargic, flabby and sluggish even in power mode. I came from a Maserati Ghibli to this and the Volvo worse than the masser for build quality and that is saying something. Already, trim pieces for the second row seat runner has come off, without any use. I'm really gentle with my cars and this Volvo has been built as cheap as possible.

I hate the computerised commentary it so impersonal and fails to annunciate correctly. The repetition in the commentary and the photography is very wearing and lacks any feeling of there being a critical human behind it!

@Autocomm The audio doesn't say anything specific about THAT rendering... it's just very general and vague. It could apply to ANY rendering you showed. And as far as the rendering goes, you're misrepresenting your guess as the new design. People click because they think it's the new Q5, when in reality it's just your guess.

@@Gerhard3838 They already have now and they pass. Most of their cars are in collab with other European companies. Some people think they are China alone that is not the way business goes. If you want to be successful get the expert engineers or designers like Geely they have Volvo on their line.
