  @@user-sw2lv3zp6o some things are easy to say ,and some people who know fk all about these times ,or events even speak about and listen I was born in 1962 in other words ,I was there and about from the start and yes I would say ,we had a far better firm and stronger lads heres one example ,the only one I need to make in the 70 s there's was like a borstal ,in newton Le willows it's shut now many years but I was in there young ,but the point being there was a thousand lads in there ,from Leeds ,mancs ,Liverpool in other words fkn madhouse full of young lads 14 to 18 guess who was cock of ,the place for last two years and I'll name him Daz hall from blackpool ,and when he found out were I was from though younger ones were bullied ,I never was but guess what there was a scummer in there ,who I slapped about many times lol

  I was at that game. The Cardiff chairman, Rick Wright, paid for our travel on coaches from South Wales, and arranged for us to have food at Carlisle Rugby League Football Club. I left my coat on the coach thinking we eould be bussed to the ground, but the police had other ideas so we had to walk, i only had on my city shirt and jeans and it was bloody freezing, it was one of those fixtures between Christmas and new years if memory serves me right. I dont think i have ever been colder at a match before, apart from West Brom in January for an fa cup game! 😊
