Why not use the Garrett rated to the same power? Might needed to upgrade to the G42 frame. Weight difference would have been insane.
That's the new Ecoburst engine! Expect to carry a oil proof bag to pick up the pieces. I used to love my fords owned plenty of them. I recently bought a Honda!!! Looked a Fords can't get past engine issues 😢

Turbine housing comparison means bugger all if one is single entry and other is twin scroll. That also explains the height difference. Maybe compare similar turbos next time and not just by specification but manufacturers. Garrett v PSR. Turbosmart v Precision.
