Thank you for sharing. I’m interested in living abroad. ❤
All these comments, as woman, I am confused. Not to the people commenting, just not knowing about building house . This is my concern if buy land or build house outside Manila or who to trust to make sure is done right .

That is alot of work. Seems slow, but from 1st week to 4th week. Alot of progress. Those workers work very hard.
What are the appliances you are running with 20kwh only lasted for 3 hours? 😢
Please, clarify: did you drive your motorcycle down to the LTO to have your practical test, and how does that work if you don't have a motorcycle license? Do they provide a motorcycle for the test? Just in case I ever go to the Philippines I would very much like to get a motorcycle, or rent one during my stay. I haven't seen any newer videos on the subject and it is June 2024.Thank you.

Mark 1:29-34 New King James Version Peter’s Mother-in-Law Healed 29 Now as soon as they had come out of the synagogue, they entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30 But Simon’s wife’s mother lay sick with a fever, and they told Him about her at once. 31 So He came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and immediately the fever left her. And she served them. Many Healed After Sabbath Sunset 32 At evening, when the sun had set, they brought to Him all who were sick and those who were demon-possessed. 33 And the whole city was gathered together at the door. 34 Then He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons; and He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him. happy mothers day

Congratulations and good luck with your new solar system/Ned 👍👏👍
Suprised you did'nt post the total costs, maybe in the next video, Plus what are you running through the night to only get 3hrs use out of the batterys.
The cost of this system is around 80,000.00
@@stephenbullock-yn3vhYou mean, PHP800,000.00, right?
@@ourlifeonthebeach eighty thousand dollars give or take
@@stephenbullock-yn3vh $80K? Are you kidding me? What was so expensive if the batteries were only $2K each? You only got 27 solar panels, the 16 kWh inverter and 2 x 10 kWn batteries? If the batteries were $4K then what costed $76K? Surely, couldn't be the solar panels or the inverter? I got a system with 60 solar panels, 43 kWh batteries and matching inverters for less than $20K.

잘 보고 갑니다 😊
Excellent! I think this is the best kind of setup we can get here in the Philippines. Been researching this lately and came to a similar setup as yours. Deye 16k Single Phase and batteries. Super fast UPS 4ms switch from grid to battery during brownout. These are excellent systems!
Walang
Max use of the roof space for sure...Best of luck with the new system! 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍
Hi, how much was the batteries?
$2000 each
Very nice place... I live in USA and medically retired and hope to build a place for my filipino gf and me in phippines soon. We have been together since 2017 and she currently owner/operator of sari sari in Manila. Your place more than what we could afford but hopefully we can still build decent place. She is from Antique, where her family still lives. I am also Navy veteran and have always wanted to go to Philippines, I was about to reenlist and try too go to Subic Bay when they told me that base was closing. I was very disappointed over that.
Goodluck guys
Bweesit nga vlogsss...black bug😅😅😅
A few years later, but I appreciate this video. We're completely replacing the roof and having other major improvements done to my in-laws pretty rudimentary housing in Pangasinan. We're in the US providing the funding and approval of the work, so not being able to actually see it in person makes it a bit of mystery. Ours won't be nearly as fancy, but this definitely helps! Hope you're enjoying your place, as it looked great even at this point!
Foreman throws in a big rock as backfill.
The amount of rebar sticking out is very short, no way it can be lapped correctly to another length
Ilang months po inabot bago mafinish
No gap between concrete slab and footings to allow for expansion. No cutting to control cracking. Glad its not my place.
May I ask why didn't you excavate the whole site do your steel and formwork pour the concrete and backfield then stem wall slab on top after plumbing ? Sorry only inquisitive
Rebars ma'am of tie beams must be all inside the column..
Where are you guys ?
As long as you are coming together to the Philippines you are qualified for a Balikbayan Visa for one year and you can even renew it for extension for a maximum of 6 months in the BI
bali pwede po pala mag patayo nang service entrance kahit wala pang bahay? nag bigay po ba kau nang blueprint?
That wall with the gaps for windows, you cannot lay any blocks or bricks in that way. One full block, two half blocks. You have just laid block on block
Digging in jesus boots...yeah ok. Should have workers boots

Is it a possibility for a middle class person to build a house? Many years ago I was chatting with this two-faced filipina living in the barangay of Tubod in Iligan City, she turned out to be a liar and a fraud. How ever the last time that we video chatted she told me that her two sisters was downstairs watching a movie, Maria lied to me about almost everything so I don't know if her family had this big two storey house with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen large enough to hold a round kitchen table for 7 people, especially since she said that her dad was working as a clerk and her mom was a nurse which would make either lower middle class or middle class. Nurses make about 20000 php a month, and since Maria said that her dad was a clerk, not administrative assisstant for a ceo or executive assisstant for a ceo, one would assume that would be making around 12000-15000 a month. So would it be wise for family who's lower middle class to middle class to purchase land in a barangay and then build a house on it?
