Sadly, none of these work for me. I've left and started multiple jobs, taken different routes and modes of transport home, change up my workout and work routines, and I am compulsively creative and make things all the time... yet I am still terrible at remembering spoken/written words, dates, and other things that are important for civilised life. I guess I just need to change how my memory works, as I can remember everything else remarkably well.
