@@Mysteryseekers901 Thanks, but why not identify the building? My guess is this is the building at Front street and Madison that housed the Union Planters national bank, but i could be wrong. It had about 8-10 floors. It appeared to be on the riverfront. I have also wondered why the abandoned buildings ar so cluttered with trash after they are vacated. Do vandals enter and tear things up?

@@swinde it’s in the medical district near the hospital. It’s been abandoned for quite some time 1980s is the last date I saw there. Vandals have destroyed that place over the years

Well ofc in the condition it’s in now it’s not $500k but if you fixed it up it could be.. that’s a massive house with a cabin and part of a lake. The property is still worth a lot considering it being abandoned

Out all the abandoned schools in Memphis Tennessee, I actually attended Georgia Ave Elementary School from 1993-1995 I spent my 3rd and 4th grades there, the school was officially closed in 2012 due to poor attendance and lack of the neighborhood. I’m glad you done a video of my old elementary school.
