Whatever Dev is doing to gain weight after MAKING WEIGHT is legal or not considered illegal. There was no rehydro clause in the fight. So isn't Regis taking Dev to court???? Cause he'd know he'd lose. Again why is there so much focus on the fighter who didn't pop dirty vs the fighter that did.
Get out your emotions and listen. The state of California has a rehydration clause and Regis said he decided to let it go. Devin never popped dirty because Victor Conte is known for UNDETECTABLE PEDs and banned from all sports other than boxing.

You OBVIOUSLY don't understand the point of this video so I'll explain it to you. In 2020, the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) passed a rule in boxing that does not allow a fighter to rehydrate more than 15% of their weigh-in weight when they fight. Devin weighed in 140 pounds at weigh-in. According to the CSAC, Devin Haney weighed 165 pounds when he stepped in the ring against Prograis. That is 18%, or 3% MORE than what is allowed. The commission literally calls weighing in more than 15% as "sanctioned cheating." According to these rules, the fight never should have happened and if challenged by Regis, it can probably be reversed and Haney can receive a loss. If so, Regis may be given his title back since Devin has never defended the title...
