I've recently made a few lanyards for keys using the 4 strand braid, then I'd do the bottom with the cobra knot. What I liked about doing it was when I overlapped the cobra over itself, a visual of an actual snake starts to take place. I keep it by not going all the way back down the "body" so it looks a cobras hood. At least in my mind it does lmao

I got a version without the bifold fromy bespoke prescription i forgot to swap or skip. Im using it for some debit/credit cards on one side and i got my ID and a thick badge that functions as a scan key for work. Came with a paracord tether thats longer, thicker, and has a carabiner thing on one end i hook to my belt strap. I dont carry cash because i dont trust the band and cash easier to lose or get stolen than cards anyways. The box came with the wallet, the paracord tether i mentioned, the same paracord lanyard in the video and the dango mini capsule for about 50+tax.

This is an excellent tutorial - thank you. I used a small slip ring from a SAK and placed it at the center of the base /before/ beginning to weave. With other paracord projects I found this much easier than trying to get that tiny slip ring on afterwards.

Brooo slow tf dowwwnnnn. Jeezuz. It helps if you slow down and actually show the work you're doing, not just "bring the right over, bring the left over, up and through" while doing it at the speed you normally would do it yourself.. No one can see what you're doing, and it's a pain to keep rewinding 10 seconds over and over and over for just one step of the process. Not trying to be or sound rude at all, promise. But when you're doing online tutorials like this, you've gotta pretend that your audience is made up of kindergarteners or people with learning disabilities. Instead of doing it at the speed you're comfortable with, slow down a bit, and when you think you've slowed down enough, slow down some more. Then, make sure you're really showing what end you're working with, where it's going, and how it's supposed to look. Videos like this are easy to get confused on, especially when you've got someone trying to follow along with you and learn something new. So do your best to really demonstrate what each step of the process is, and after each step, show what it looks like then. After a few steps, maybe even go back and cover the last couple ones again, showing how you got where you are. Its not just you, it's hard to teach, especially online like this. And I can tell you've got a knack for it, just need to take your time and make sure you're really demonstrating every step along the way. Good luck going forward!

Slow down!!!!!!! You go way too fast, every time you do the weave you go too fast. Snail's pace, making it clear which end you're using + where it goes, you do everrything as quickly as you say it, it's too fast to follow. When you do a tutorial you need to imagine you're dealing with idiots + you go through each step slowly, slooowly, particularly something like this, where you've got different ends going over, under, + wherever. It's easy to get confused, so it's important to break each step down + to go slowly so people can follow. It's a common mistake, plenty of videos I've seen have made it, so don't worry about it, I'm sure you're next video will be spot on...........

Awesome wallet form factor wise; the only down side is how it stripes the edges of your cards. I don't know how to get it to stop that. The only remedy so far, is to order new cards once the plastic cover comes loose.

Yea nice vid, I have the same wallet, I don’t use the elastic band at all, I don’t need it, it stays inside over the Clear plastic side. I see on yours though on one side the band is wearing out, err starting to wear out. Dango is aware of the problem with the elastic band and will address it in their D04… but yea how many wallets do we need Dango!? If you ever have a problem with your rail system that the cards become loose, just squeeze the tabs inward gently to resituate the tension.
