  Yes you can..but while colouring,apply it outside, don't mix the colour with clay

  Haven't used flour ever, If you want to try,make it in a very small quantity,just for testing purpose.

  No water.. Vinegar use kar rahe hain as a preservative After making the dough,cover it with a good amount of vasline and keep it in a zip lock bag,then put it in a container.
