  For reference I’m 5ft 6 34 waist. Gym/stocky guy. I got medium and they fit nice but a bit too snug for me. Id defo go for a large next time. I’m usually a medium in joggys sometimes a large depending on how they fit e.g medium in north face, large in Nike. Hope that helps smaller sized people
