This is what I was raised on? i don't think the purpose and result of prayer is to "not be ok" in the end. not a very doctoral conclusion. "I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin." Verse 25. Very important part of that parable (from a book full of mostly parables) Off title alone we've already gone off the deep end, putting a spell of guilt and shame on people unnecessarily. Even with sin, there's beauty and divinity within all of us. Oh lord. "God, there's light in there" is more biblically accurate. Lets continue. "Residency in the flesh" sounds like projection but lets keep going. Let's actually unpack what pulling people out of the flesh actually means. Which aspect of the flesh? Cause if we're talking about flesh, we gotta be talking about sin. And if we're pulling people out of sin, we have 613 of em. so lets focus on the specific sin. .....WHAT? yea, we're overcomplicating repenting of sins (which is essentially just choosing to not engage with sin and walk away from it) for an entertaining lecture. This is going downhill FAST. And THAT, is where it starts. The heresey, always starts with your OPINION. Listening to an external opinion instead of talking/experiencing DIRECTLY the source (through meditation/prayer) and trusting that god through jesus will bring your through whatever you're "struggling" with. Confusion thanks to simply not knowing god better. This is why religion/spirituality needs to be deeply personal because you will internalize the DNA of someone that is not YOU & GOD. Keep going tho. The real at-home-in-the-flesh is sitting in wallow and guilt and shame for your past and thinking you have to do A LOT to crucify your sins before you can ACT, when really just gotta shine a light on it, believe christ, and walk away. "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Matthew 7:13-14 Overcomplicating god's grace for edutainment. It's pharisitic (my new word) Doesn't like commentary because it's opinion, participates in opinion anyway. Hypocrisy is sin of the flesh. Keep going tho. The rational for clay was to, metaphorically, combine water and earth together. Not hard. There it is. More shaming and guilting. The perfect kind of energy to keep people feeling as if they HAVE to come back to [All Nations] to get gods healing and gods grace when they can just turn on some healing music, sit for an hour in the dark, do nothing, and gods light will inevitably fill them and heal them. It's really downhill from here. its so sad because yes flesh gets in the way of success, but what are the METHODS and TOOLS to overcome flesh? (hint hint. its meditation and proper bible reading) if you believe in christ jesus, died with flesh still on you, and you were at the gates of heaven, you're STILL GOING TO HEAVEN. And no, the body and the flesh are the same thing because they are both connected to the brain, THE MIND, which is what 90% of the parables in the bible are talking about. Yea. its gonna get worse from here. Flee from the modern day Pharisees. Accept the true gospel. Stop giving these people your money, time, and emotions. Bring your own tithes to your own storehouse. Save 120% of your income yearly.

Was the part about the flesh being a mindset edited out? I think it’s a great revelation! I’ve always reduced flesh to the actual body, however Paul does refer to it as a mind. It’s even a more sustainable argument and truth when ministering to Muslims- it goes beyond outward body and becomes relevant for everyone. This is a hard sermon to accept but it’s necessary and true. Again, you are a very skilled Apostle!
