I watched it fully Immediately I'm creating a community starter level layer at 999/- so that, it is funded for distribution PE - Starter - Just 999/- - Only 2 Live Sessions/week - Audio Book of TP - Micro Course - 7 Figure Productivity No recordings, No challenges, No Accountability, No big courses, No QnA so that, people can trust us... Great explanation Deepak, i really like your Night club model, but one issue is the delivery mechanism for the nurturing of the cold audiences. You do email, and you do it really well, and your email deliverability is also great, because 90% of your emails goes to primary tab, as you are doing it for a long time. Whereas someone who is new don't have auch good email delivery and most of his email goes to promo tab, which makes difficult to reach the audience. Reaching to most of your cold audiences is very important to nurture them, because if they don't consume your content they won't build trust and won't buy. That's why many are trying to use skool as an option as it has more reach, but still it's a new platform and people are not habituated of using it. Whatsapp is a best option in my opinion for content delivery at the beginning, as it has better reach than all. Just sharing my experience. Thanks for the video❤
You should get my email marketing mastery course. I explain about deliverability there. There are ways to increase delivery. But even if the mails land in promotions, you can still make email marketing work.

Great analysis Deepak!! 🙌🏻✨ the key insight for all is that every model works, and every coach, based on their persona need to choose what works best for them. I would still say that the community model is most fulfilling in the long run. 😊 because it’s not based on the information, transaction or the funnel type. It’s based around people, and on a deeper purpose and mission that the students are aligned with, which also impacts their stickability or sustainability within the funnel. Principle: Freedom, according to me is not about working less hours. It’s about doing meaningful work every day, like a bumble bee. It’s where work, does not seem like work. Also, one thing Rajiv and I consciously do, is that we UNSELL a lot. We tell people not to buy, if they’re not committed to the process. The filters out people with unrealistic expectations plus it’s helps create real results for students. What I like about Rohan’s model is that ability to only work with serious folks who are ready for growth. Ideal for agency and freelancers. Hindsight, I can a see that lot of ILH folks who started in 2018 now are going across all our funnels, which is a win for the entire industry. It has expanded their horizons based on their persona and product. I’m proud to say that India is far ahead today compared to other countries, when it comes to innovation in coaching models because of the sheer volume and experimental mindset of our coaches. This is directly impacting the learning culture, income levels and progress of our country!! One thing you can incorporate in your model is a common vision and purpose that’s bigger than you or your tactic. The game is on!!
Pinned this comment. Your version of Freedom makes sense. Freedom to work on what you want. Not freedom from work itself! Competitors warm up the market. Everyone is working to make the market size for coaching bigger. No coach is taking market share away from anyone. We might be collectively taking away the market share from outdated and over priced universities.
