American Girl Reacts

American Girl Reacts

Hi there!
My name is Amy and I am a typical American girl. I started this channel with the goal of discovering more about the world and seeking new opportunities. Here, we will be exploring countries such as Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, and Belgium and I will share my thoughts and experiences comparing and contrasting American culture with the countries we visit. I hope to not only share my knowledge but also make some friends along the way.

For those who have been inquiring, I recently set up a support page where you can help me continue this journey. Any support, big or small, means a lot to me.

If you would like to support the channel, please check out this link:

FYI Phantasialand doesnt have a Waterpark, it has a few water based rides tho. But its not like slides where you have to wear swimsuits. So its not different from other parks in the world in that regard. And Airtime is the feeling u get if you get lifted out of your seat on a hill or the feeling of the drop on a freefall tower( if you get lifted out of your seat in a loop or other inversion it would be hangtime tho)

Even democrats are considered right wing at the very least in Europe. Many Americans somehow believe that services paid via taxes make you a socialist and your nation socialistic. Maybe, Americans are just poorly educated or just don't understand the very basics of operating a country. Any government, including the American, will be forced to finance certain things via taxes. In Europe, paying taxes will usually provide the citizens with a defense force, free or nearly free healthcare, free or nearly free higher education, parks, roads and other infrastructure. The idea of not providing free access to higher education to all is just stupid because not doing that prevents a country from tapping into the potential gifted citizens who just happen to come from poor family background. The same applies with healthcare. By providing free or nearly healthcare to all citizens ensure that working citizens will be treated and will be able to return to the workforce faster compared to America. America is basically a nation of greed and cruelty considering how many Americans live in the street and considering how many Americans cannot afford health insurance not to mention higher education. What is life worth if you live in a country where it is expected that you live to work and not work to live? Americans are taught to believe that the whole world believe America to be great. Even today, most Americans still believe that lie. The sad truth is actually that America is consistently the global laughingstock and it has nothing to do with who is president or what party is in power. To most of the world outside America, the strong view is that America is deeply dysfunctional. In a more brutal way, the world outside America generally view America as a giant mental asylum. Sorry, but that is actually the truth.

They says it’s too expensive. They don’t gives kids food at school or private good health buildings. So yes the politicians are rich not the peoples

You talk about being stripped off, of water? There is a law here in The Netherlands that says that the water company is not allowed immediately to shut of your water.. They really need to visit you in person after a long, long time of not being able to pay your bills. But in reality it comes down too: they can't strip you from water, because water is a basic necessity of life. There is a lot of thruth here is this video and the points that she made are correct, but she is missing (or just not speaking) about the little reasons, little pratical things and how things really works out. Because I can tell you, for healthcare It's WAAAAY better here, in the sence that you are oblidged to have an insurrance and it's so cheap to compaired to what you pay. So everybody can pay their healtcare bill. Even if you don't have a job and you rely on a social assistance benefit. It's hard, but you can life from that money. Insurrance was free, so we are heading in the States system direction, and a lot of people strongly disagree with that. watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n5qjqctmlZXdf5M.html&lc=UgwFEtGwdF6d0nBxDg94AaABAg Your system is so messed up. We are seeing it for decades now and laugh about it. While it's actually a very sad thing. USA is a freak show to many of us. I don't mean the people, I do like you :-) But the system... it's unsustainable and you don't even see it bacause you are living the LIE and not the dream. Watch that video and see his reaction.

France has very good white bread and if you are in some of the old rural airies you can still buy some of the 'old style' heavier breads that are hand made and baked in wood ovens but thanks to supper markets, France has lost so many Boulangeries. Incidentally: to be able to call yourself a Boulangerie you have to make your bread on the premesis and baguettes (by law) are only allowed to be made with flour, yeast, salt and water. I have not travelled in Scandinavia so I can't comment on their bread but for white bread I like France and for the darker, heavier breads and rolls I prefer Austria and German for bread and rolls. I also like the old style Polish rye bread without the added sugar. There is also a difference in the type of wheat that a country can grow. In the warmer climate's you can grow common wheat/light wheat which is lower in gluten but in the more northern countries you have to grow what is generally called red wheat which is higher in gluten even before manufacturers put more gluten in the mix - and do not even get me started on the additives - as specially the iron. I could write volumes on this subject - and I probably have 😊 I wish you well.

In France, there is a team of archaeologists, who one day decided to build a medieval castle. Since 1997, they have been building the castle with only tools and materials from the time, nothing modern in the construction site itself. not a wheelbarrow. For more information I advise you to react to the video "how to build medieval castle" of the channel, dw euromaxx. I am sorry to send you a lot of videos but I like to show off my country😉especially to Americans

Soapbox derby today: The bread is fine by me, just because you guys don't like it is no reason for Americans not to like it. If You don't want it then don't eat it, eat the type of bread you like, or just make your own,...but don't come here tying to tell people what they should or shouldn't eat, or what they should like in their products...take care of your own appetites and leave mine alone...okay off the soapbox now!!!
