  Sorry for the delay in the response. It depends on the type of model I need to thermoform. if the mold is complex to demould I use a release product.

  Hi, this is a great video showing the process. I am curious about which kind of EVA foam you are using. I am recently trying to do the same thing but the EVA foam doesn't stay with the form pretty well. (I tried heat gun first and then move on to vacuum form.) Would you plz let me know the temperature you are operating and the material? Thank you!
