  Es ist jeweils der eigene freie Willen jedes europäischen Landes ob es ein festes Mitglied der NATO werden möchte oder nicht..! Da hat wenn nicht einmal Russland das Recht dieses Land den Betritt zu verwehren ein festes Mitglied der NATO zu werden. Da kann Wladimir Putin wenn noch nicht einmal den Beitritt der Ukraine verhindern wenn der irrsinnige russische Krieg gegen die Ukraine in hoffentlich naher Zukunft beendet werden sollte und die Ukraine dazu entscheiden sollte eine feste Mitgliedschaft in der NATO zu bekommen. Die dreißig Mitgliedstaaten der momentanen NATO werden sicherlich nicht gegen eine Aufnahme der Ukraine in die NATO verwehren, sondern so schnell wie nur möglich den Beitritt der Ukraine in die NATO zu vollziehen.

  The problem is NATO is not currently capable of executing ANY of these functions. It has never fought a peer military such as Russia or China and was humiliated by Afghan goat herders in sandals with old AK-47's and 74's. It is incapable of combined arms warfare and has no effective and reliable tiered air defense systems. To date every advanced weapons system provided to Ukraine has been a failure including HIMARS, Storm Shadow now easily defeated, and the Patriot an outright failure the first time out. NATO has NO systems of any kind that can defeat Russian and Chinese Hypersonic ground, sea, and air systems, electronic and space-based networks including China's first satellite quantum communications system. China's Navy is the largest, with the most advanced tech in the world and has the largest military ship building capacity in the world. The latest enlargement and tech implementations at its submarine shipyards in the North provide it with the ability to SIMULTANEOUSLY build 80 modularized nuclear or electric subs! If you do your objective research the U.S. and NATO are years and in many instances decades behind the innovations coming out of Russia and China. Both have "Military Escalatory Dominance" in their respective regions. A new era of warfare is upon us and Russia and China are in the driver's seat while we are still working out of the old cold war book with blinders.
