  Why is the flight controls of choppers so difficult to use, I use to love flying choppers in BF2 the controls and flight characteristics in that game was amazing and very popular I really feel that is they improved how the choppers handled it would be more enjoyable and popular, what do you guys think ?

  I can guess your flying in SB (simulator battles) so that’s the reason why you’re on first camera, but I recommend using 3 person on any other than that so have a wider view

  Flying in il2 compared to war thunder is like a night and day difference. Due to the fact that I am actually in control of my aircraft, rather than constantly fighting it.

  It is to prepare for the next target. Since the missiles follow the laser, if you fire two and the first one takes out the first target, you can switch quickly to the next target without having to wait for the travel time of the second missile. Think of it as pre firing for the next enemy.

  I have the same one and it does work but you need to change the setting in it as otherwise it works that if you push it forward from the center it gives more throttle and if you push back then it goes down on throttle. It's just a setting under the throttle tab

  Locking doesn't help the missle track after it is off the rails and by locking someone they will probably flare and remove the aim 9ms advantage of not being easy to see

  By locking someone it will keep track of the aircraft even if they are flaring until you launch it makes it more easy to fire at the aircraft and not flares sometimes its hard to lock THE aircraft when flares are being fired also the Aim-9M is good at dodging flares he knows what he is doing

  @user-dv5qx5kv2o Are you on meth or something ?. Do you realise how most IR missiles work? The radar will slave the missile but once it is off the rail tracking. The radar will have a hard time locking not only because of the plane being resistant to radar but also because you are tailing it

  I think he means when you Slave an IR missle you get the RWR alert. whereas when you just use the IR with no radar, you dont get alerted . I usually turn off my radar on the F16 for this reason tbh @@combobreak6894
