  I had the same thing,so lemme tell u press the arrows i dont remember wich ones and u need to have another controler if u cant move with it,and u can only press reset ps4 and make a new account sorry for ur loss,i tried to put something else but it didnt let me :<,so my brother helped me make a new account🎉❤ i hope u read this chat,and i make u feel happy❤😢😊sorry for my bad english i live in greece thats why!😅

  You dont jhave the original cbale because look is orange mean is not the one and turn off you ps4 and hold until you hear the sec beep it will show this screen so touch the ps4 controller ps4 button and that how but if you use 6 it delete all of the data you have to log if you use 6 but use 1 3 4 5 these are the option and use internet if is 3

  unplug it for 5 minutes then plug it back in and use the controller to turn the ps4 on itll work then had that problem a while back and it worked
