  If I was to just get the coober air box lid only will I still need to replace program or get a different ecu? Will it throw a code or have throttle lag with just the top lid for the air box?

Maybe 64ish or so? My Papou(Greek for grandfather) Paul owned nothing but Impala's since the 60's. He bought a new one every 2-3 years till he passed away in 78.   Resonators keep the droning noise from happening. I recommend to keep. It'll be wicked loud without them as well.
