I had a cholesterol test years ago, was asked what I had for breakfast? 4 eggs I said, the nurse warned me that my cholesterol would be through the roof. She did the test and found that my cholesterol was slightly lower than average. She tested again and then declared I must be a genetic freak that I could have such a level when I ate so many eggs. I didn’t tell her I ate at least 6 eggs a day at that point, sometimes more.
Eggs are nature's health food period !!!!!
