You can witness the point that the singular thought their mind is capable of holding switches to a different one. And it takes like a whole second. They are just fat, bumbling little plumpers that shit endlessly and make bumblebees look graceful, but they sure are the cutest little birds.

    What weight? The force on the handles is unknown since the mechanical advantage of the machine is unknown. With enough mechanical advantage you can lift anything. Archimedes of Syracuse pulled alone entire ship out of the ocean. Like are you calling that the world record on rope pulling? Also just curious: according to your logic, did I do 400 kg (880 LB) cable pushdown in this video? kzread.info/dash/bejne/maGX1MN-oNfMZNI.html if so then I did more than Brian Shaw and according to your statement my point is NOT petty neither my video.

    Who gives a fuck, and also brian is over 400lbs with a 150lbs weight strapped on to him so if we use your logic that would mean he is doing around 550lbs dips and, also brain has done bodyweight dips before at 440lbs for 8 reps easy. Also how the fuck do you take so long to explain such simple things, yes i think we all know that you cant compare a ''dip machine'' to a ''bodyweight dip'' in terms of weight being used. But he never said ''800lbs bodyweight dip'' did he ?

    This is not a debate on how Brian is "weaker" than he is, and how he "fools" the world, as tinfoil hat people talk about it all. Go roll eyes at counting to 800, then counting 400+150 and calling 800==550. Keep in mind to subtract a few lbs from 550 , as Brian was actually lifting the 800 loaded. As "an expert", I can tell you Brian was leaving some 10-20 lbs on the floor. These are about 530 lbs worth of dips.

    Can you tell me why you don't use the wall directly instead of putting a metal base?

  • @T12J7
    @T12J72 ай бұрын

    because that rim will put a torque on that metal profile to which the wheel hub is attached and hence there is actually really big forces between that metal plate and that metal profile when there is good weight on that machine, and hence if that metal profile would be directly on the wall, or even attached to a wooden board, that metal profile would most likely be able to sink into it a bit so that this rim would now touch the wall, which would jam the mechanism and hence this thing wouldn't spin anymore. Note that there is only half a sentimeter space between the rim and that metal plate, so this needs to be extremely stiff, since if this would tilt even a little, the mechanism would jam.

    @Adam-lm2dx2 ай бұрын

    @@T12J7 Can it be replaced with wood?

  • @T12J7
    @T12J72 ай бұрын

    @@Adam-lm2dx Hypothetically Yes, but it depends on how thick the wood board will be and how much load you want it to handle. The reason why I made it from metal is because that rim (in my build) is really close to the metal plate (which you are asking to replace with wood), which raises the concern that if the wheel apparatus attached to that metal plate tilts even slightly, the rim will touch the metal plate and hence the mechanism of the machine will not work anymore. For this machine to work, it needs to be extremely stiff so the rim does not touch the metal plate, and hence replacing the metal plate with a wooden one could be problematic, since I'm not sure how well a wood plate can handle the forces in that machine. Note also that my metal plate isn't just any metal plate, but rather a thick metal plate, so that it would be as stiff as possible. [EDIT] I would recommend that you go and ask your local metal distibutor how much a metal plate like that will cost. They aren't that expensive even where I live. The biggest cost in that is the rim and wheel hub combo, so it might be wise not just go with all metal build, since you aren't saving a lot by raplasing stuff with wood.
