  Dude give it time. Don't lift over 10 lbs several weeks and just walk every day. I've had two liproscopic surgeries for hernias and it takes time you have to be patient. Good luck

  Ps. it's an a6700 (more suitable body for hybrid shooters). It shares the same sensor with fx30, packed in a slightly different-looking body. FX30 is purely video centric camera, with added internal cooling fan, 2x card slots, normal sized HDMI input. But that's where a6700 is taking over with everything else, new AI more advanced autofocus, viewfinder that doesn't exist on fx30, 11fps in photography continuous shooting vs 1fps with fx30., auto video framing feature, focus bracketing and other bits an bobs. Also FX is pretty chunky and heavier in comparison to a6700, so much closer to a full-frame body. :D (I've got a problem, I can talk about this kind of a tech all day), you'll spend lots of money if you keep coming close to me hahah
