  Nice work! Question: does the tr6s allow loading of new projects/patterns without interruptions, mid performance? Or is there a sizable wait time like for the mc101?

  Hello friend, first of all, thank you for watching my videos and the support; The projects on the TR machines are the patterns, with their corresponding kits for each pattern, interchangeable in real time and fully configurable; I have used the MC101 and it is wonderful, instead I bought an SP404, they are the one that I can work in TR mode in addition to working with samples.   so you loaded a loop onto it?... so you knoe the BPM whren you load it, and just match the project to the bpm of the loop? id love an explaation.

  Well, it depends on the tempo of the loop, normally it is best to modify it beforehand with an editor, but if you load a loop into the TR it will probably have a vinyl effect when you raise or lower the BPM. Thanks for commenting on the channel, friend.

  Q: where are the chords coming from? I thought this was just a drum machine... can you load samples to it or does it have some kind of rudimentary synth im not aware of? Also, the bass line... did this get the same update that the tr8s did with the bass (synth)?

  You can either load your own samples or use the instrument presets. After you select a sound, you can tune each step to a different note for each track for that sound. It comes with major and minor chord stabs. You can edit many parameters for each track including attack, decay, tuning, effects, fm, ect. So you can add a wav file of you favorite bass and just edit it in the unit and also use the unit for basslines. Only 6 tracks though 😢

  Open Hat decay…. I saw that sneaky trick. Awesome job. Also huge props on using two tracks for the kick/bass. Only thing to make this performance 1 lvl more would be riding the cymbal tune knob.

  Great demo, and very inspiring in terms of using the TR-6S as a performance tool. I was always sold on the sonic versatility of this box, but previously I’d kind of written it off as a performance tool and used it mostly as a way to generate a groove before bouncing the audio out to Ableton to build on. You’ve inspired me to be a bit more ambitious next time I’m using it.
