God Bless ya, Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. (John 14:6) Only in believing in His death and resurrection on the cross will save you and change you. You won't go to hell but receive eternal life. Once you've accepted Jesus you won't go to hell but if you refuse to accept his free gift and continue to live recklessly you will perish. I believe whoever reads this will know the truth and will choose to accept it or not. God gave you the freedom of choice.. but whatever you do.. please accept Jesus. It's the best thing you can do, I promise you without a doubt He has all the answers. It's not about the religion that men have created, it's about the personal relationship God has invited you to with Him.

Works filled repentance is one of the most difficult self-righteous works to lay at the cross. It seems so humble, pious, and just for us to try to pay for our own sins with self-inflicted grief, pain, and remorse. The work of confession and penance is a practice that dies hard among the religious minded. However, by His grace, God suffered and died on the behalf of sinners, so that all of our sins are paid for, forgiven, removed from our account, and will never be imputed to us again (2 Cor 5:19-21). “Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.” - Romans 4:7-8 No penitent works, turning-from-your sins work, self sacrificial works, religious works, or confessional works can forgive a single sin in your life. Only by faith, and by faith only, in the finished work of Calvary’s cross can we receive forgiveness and imputed righteousness by God’s grace. “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” - Romans 4:5 Change your mind about your works based repentance and believe the gospel!
I have already, I don't think we get salvation through works anymore. As I had explained in text in the podcast I don't believe as truly born again Christians that we can lose our salvation either. But what did God tell Jonah to do? He told him to tell the city of Nineveh to repent, otherwise God was going to destroy them. The true gospel is letting go of all your wicked ways, believing in the Death and Resurrection of Jesus on the cross and humbly repenting before Him. For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. -2 Corinthians 7:10 (KJV) True belief in Jesus will lead to good works, for a bad tree cannot produce good fruit and a good tree cannot produce bad fruit. You will know them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thorns, or figs from thistles? In the same way, every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will know them by their fruits. “Either make the tree good, and its fruit good; or make the tree bad, and its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit. -Matthew 7:16-20, and Matthew 12:33
There is a tragic myth about God’s grace spread by people who walk in the flesh. Teachers of the law puffed up with their fleshly religious minds pretend that only the law can control our flesh. On the other hand are those who submit to their flesh. They justify their own wicked behavior by spurning God’s law and preaching grace as licentiousness. Both think liberty and grace means our sinful old man runs free. In response to this false doctrine, one tries to bind the flesh with the law, and the other simply lets it run. Both are quite wrong. The truth is that the grace of God does not let our old man run free. Grace teaches that we, who are in Christ, are dead to sin (Rom 6:2). More than forgiveness of sins in Christ, we are now made dead to sin itself in Christ. We have nothing to do with it. We are separated from it. The body of sin was destroyed by Calvary’s cross (Rom 6:6). Grace doctrine does not let our old man run free, grace nails our old man to the cross and crucifies it, so that we might live unto God (Rom 6:6-10). “Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.” - Romans 6:11 Next time you hear the myth that grace teaches people to sin, explain from Romans 6 that grace teaches we are dead to sin in Christ. For His glory, Grace kills sin
Hey, thank you for this excellent explanation and for providing scripture. I would agree with you with most things, what you didn't touch on is how this might lead Christians who are stumbling like the righteous man who when they see the passage about being dead to sin might begin to think they're not truly saved. Or that they have to be perfect. When we are born again the idea of sin begins to disgust us and we start to become sanctified through the blood of Jesus. There's also a difference between taking 4 steps forward and 2 steps back and simply living in sin without even trying to fight temptations.
