I purchased straight from Hibbett today because I got out the door for under retail for sure no tax here in Pennsylvania. I got this issue for $25 under retail after points and thats $190 & I’m home in hand w them. But if I didn’t hit the raffle with Hibbits which was pretty easy then I would’ve just bought them off the Nike sneakers app because they just put the $25 towards something else next week week after . Not to mention, I know 100% authentic .

I got 4 pairs (two td) for the whole fam. The kids pairs are the only pairs that aren’t fucked up. Tons of issues all over my wife and I’s from suede ripple issues, scuffs, bad leather in multiple spots. I’ve never sent a pair back for minor issues, but holy hell.
I got 3 pair I kept the best pair and the other 2 pairs were bad the tag on the back had glue and the glue on the soles was bad as well, under the black light it looked rushed I like the shoes but they should've took their time with this
I was able to cop them from the snkrs app. They are nice but mine has a quit a lot of defects, the grey leather part for example is not the same colour on the two shoes :/ Still like them 4sure.

Happy with my pair. The QC wasn't perfect, but certainly nothing to get bent out of shape about. Found a few spots where they were sitting in my area the day after release and seriously thought about doubling up because you never know when they'll release again, but decided not to so that someone else would have a shot at em.
"Got'em" on the app over the weekend...at the house yesterday and no quality issues at all...i've never resold any shoes and just like them for my own personal wear...love the look of these on feet! (missed out on the bred reim :/ )
This new generation of sneaker heads cares more about “hype and resale” then the actual models/colorways they are buying . We all saw what happened with the black cats nobody wanted them untill that resale got to 800$+ now they “timeless classis”
The high number of people who said they weren't going after these because "everybody gonna have them" was hilarious. I couldn't imagine being in that mindset. I hope they stay that way. It'll make it easier for me to cop the OGs.

I was so happy with them I doubled up. Best retro in a loooooooong time. The channels who I trust liked them as well. Sure, the materials could be a bit better. But it's definitely ok and I had waaaaaay worse on some dunks. But some "influencers" were complaining about the color of the upper not being white (shape and color are SPOT on!), and that they creased. I mean, it's a smooth thicker leather? What the hell did you expect when you'd wear them? 🤷🏻♂️ I liked your comments in the video and therefore alone I subscribed to your channel. You're 100% right. People don't think for themselves anymore.

I think another reason they went back to the OG box is they don’t use it anymore for OG one high they use a color coordinated box and then they have the red box for female exclusives. I think they were getting people mixed up so instead of using the red for female exclusives and 85s they just went back to the OG black.
