so glad you asked! i was scavenging through old videos from one of the composers (Marty) and checking for any unreleased or extended versions. it's also where I found some of the piano only versions. i chopped different versions together hopefully smooth enough that people think they're one thing

well besides there being two CE tracks, there are some songs that have multiple versions like 'Through the Trees' where the Infinite version is just flat out more relaxing to me. as for halo wars, I tried to stick to shooters because once I have Halo Wars, then there's Halo Wars 2, Spartan assault, and every other side game (like halo 4 and 5 lol)

I appreciate you noticing this! I had probably listened to each song's start and end at least 20-30 times just trying to choose song orders that flowed on similar notes and tones. I also payed a lot of attention to the song tempos and tried to keep the upcoming tracks on beat with the previous ones. Didn't want songs from the same game back to back either, so you can imagine how lengthy this process was 😮💨
