Working with overhead equipment without a hard hat 29 CFR § 1926.100(a) Working without safety shoes 29 CFR § 1926.96 Construction site not fenced 29 CFR § 1926.34 There's more but I think this is enough for OSHA to want to have a chat. Simple stuff can get expensive quick.

Drones don't have microphones. So we could go with fake sounds, but that would irritate and mislead folks. No sound is disturbing, so I go with what seems the common sense. My non-drone videos have natural sound.

No Sweat! No offense taken. The don't have mics because all you'd hear is those little ultra-high rpm motors and props. Super Skeeter! I occasionally catch a sound track on a separate device and dub into the final cut. Several of those are on my site, sometimes with natural sound AND music. But, other times the drone may be as much as half a mile from me, making local sound irrelevant. Then I go with music. @@davidpoor8638

Incredible! I love the mood set by the rain and cloudy skies. Mix that with the trains, old industrial and railroad structures and rolling hills, and you take me back in time to train watching in the 80’s around Durham and Norlina, NC. Thanks for the experience!

A Ferro Cement grade beam at solid resistance in the river bed would help too. Blast out the mud with a 50 K psi water jet. Cheap and easy
