    My surron is used nearly all of the road in sandy dirt if not plain sand I got rid of the belt but used a 219 chain not a 420 to keep the noise at bay

    I have used belts before in different things including my surron primary drive and I always soak them with 303 Aircraft protectant and they seem to last forever!

    Its just an adapter from socket set. You can use any tool which fits in the hole.

    Hi, I didn't get the notification for this comment. So, look at 0:13 and you can see, the plastic of the throttle is cut off, and that's all you need to do, its quite simple. You just need to remove the grip.

    When I removed my front wheel from Light bee X, I found the right front suspension extended a bit longer than the other one. I tried to pull out left suspension but seemed it’s not going out. I had to pushed down the handles when trying to put back the front wheel. Anyone has the same situation?

    belt is not noisy, chain is noisy. Its metal on metal, thats why

    every belt drive has a cut frame so need to tell anyone since everyone knows in order to have a belt drive the frame is cut lol

    This belt kit does not last . I had it for about a year and it chewed up the front pulley teeth. I was left stranded in the middle of the wilderness about the miles from a trail head. Thanks Luna!

    Its not THAT loud to begin with. Its already a silent Ebike with no running engine... Especially going slow, u are a ninja. I am using a non o ring chain and lubed it with chainsaw oil and its pretty friggin quiet.

    Its a personal preference, I use it to look more like an eBycicle ;) I would like to have stock setup sometime but this is kinda fun, I dont think about it and I have driven some crazy off-road roads.

    @@silentsurron7272 of course it’s preference. It’s just uncommon for me to see on a sur ron that’s all but like I said I can’t downplay it till I try it. I do lots of city riding now as well plus I like wheelies but hey thumb throttle seems interesting.

    @@JaeDee66 well, I do unconventional stuff if I feel like it :) now I have very narrow handlebars. 590mm :) great for city. you can pass trough anything, its big difference for me. I had 820mm handlebars

    @@JaeDee66 I dont find it snappy, I did kind of made it a bit higher so when I push on it I get full acceleration. You can rotate it as you wish when u setting it up on handlebars. I think its worth a try, for a month at least so you get use to it. but have in mind that you need to cut your old throttle handle. Maybe if you have kit on your surron then it can be snappy, have no idea :)
