  Hello from Slovakia 🙏🏼 do you adjust filling of bags in general? I just arrived from Thailand and I trained in 2 gyms, in each gym thier bags looked like they took out little bit of padding to make it less dense and soften it, I have very hard heavy bag at home, very densely packed, and I am thinking that I am gonna do the same

  trained with OG thai guys with over 150 muay thai fights.. Sparring was always like this and would learn from it. Even when clinching and being dropped, learn a lot!
