Poor customer service. Also, they will not let you give a review on their web site. They choose who can, so no one can speak about where they fall short. I had them install vinyl fencing last year, did a great job BUT when I called to get 3 pickets for my fence and two rails due to tree damage this year, the woman who barely speaks English said they would not sell me the pieces I need and they would not be able to even come out and give a quote for 6 weeks! Basically they sell you the fence, install then dump you. You can't find their size pickets at Lowes or Home Depot either or their size rail. Totally messed over.

This is really informative. I think we have differences when it comes to securing the permit for fencing. I recently just finished my Trex Fencing project which was done by www.trexfencingfds.com/ and it was really just amazing!
