    Do you think smacking an adult is OK when they make a mistake? I know I wouldn't. We have to remember that children are just smaller humans who look to adults to learn from. All they learn from smacks is to fear your punishments.

    I actually thought it already was. (Scottish here) Its assault. You can't get away with it with adults (even a light slap on the bum to correct your boss). why should it be legal to assault younger, smaller people?

    I hear so many what if's & maybes about a small part of the population & their answer is to expose all kids to sexualized material with radical views on the fluidity of gender being presented to children as if it's valid science. Thus goes beyond teaching kids to be accepting & tolerent of different people & it crosses the boundaries into teaching ALL kids they can be the opposite sex & they should explore different gender identities. These people ignore the fragility of the human psyche,especially kindergarteners to 6th graders. These children don't have the critical thinking skills to discern hypothesis from actual facts. By teaching gender ideology you're steering children into disrupting the child's natural development of their identity & sence of self. Therapist, teachers,dr's,clinicians & other care giver are more idealouges & activist today & they are passionate about "indoctrinating" the kids in their clinics & class rooms. Our kids. Your kids. These things simply aren't teachers jobs.

    I think it's incredibly important to teach like be skills !!! Immensely important!!! But, why do I always see "why LGBTQ/gay/trans instead of (X)...." Why is is specifically LGBTQ stuff that has to be the ultimatum, why not cooking or something for example!!!!

    There's nothing thought provoking. It's quite simply ideological brainwashing because they realize that if children were not brainwashed at a young age, there's no way any rational adult would ever accept this evil nonsense.

    Schools exist to educate. So they should educate. The USA is in its crappy current state because so many people want to dumb down and indoctrinate young generations. If you raise generations of uneducated nuts it's no surprise that the USA is going down.

    There's nothing to debate. The Cass review makes it clear that it's warped, child-abusing, evidence-denying rubbish that has no basis in reality, and has no place in any education establishment, let alone a school. There's no need to be inclusive of insane idiocy. Society needs to ve extremely exclusive of it and all fellow cultists.

    No because 1) body dysphoria is a mental illness you do not understand 2) you don't force children to understand politics or alcohol so why gender and sexuality. Listen, care and understand but until they are old enough to figure it out properly - leave children alone! Prescribing hormone and operations to children is child abuse.

    I wished it was this simple. Ive always supported gay rights because it wasnt my business what they did behind closed doors. But now you have grown man going into women locker rooms at a gym shaving his face. Simply identiting as a woman is not good enough. Women are getting asualted in bathrooms by men that identify as women. And you think giving kids schooling on different genders and orientation is the right thing to do? All you are going to do is brainwash the kids into believing they are born the wrong gender. Im up for helping a student that is confused because they have these feelings, but yall are causing kids to be confused. No this needs to stop.

    As a gay man, my opinion is Gender Ideology should not be allowed in schools, as for sexual orientation is a biological fact teach in biology ie some people are same sex attracted

  • @batmansmith7422
    @batmansmith74222 ай бұрын

    Same, except I'm a lesbian. I'd be fine with a mention in biology, or even just offhand comments about a related person's moms or dads. If we're a topic in social studies, that's fine also. The Gay Rights movement is the same time period as other civil rights movements, after all, even if we only (poorly and incompletely) focus on one. As far as gender ideology? It's a faith-based belief regarding "innate" gender roles. Religion - and I do not care whose - should NOT be codified in schools.
