Nothing short of spectacular.
Tears . lovely. Well done
The level of cinematography in your latest videos is absolutely second to none. 🤯Keep doing what you are doing. Your videos are a great inspiration and I've been so happy to watch your channel grow as I know all the hard work and time that goes into creating this type of content. Curious if you'd be willing to share what you guys are using for your main camera setup? Your footage is always so smooth, stable and crisp. Which isn't something that is always easy to achieve while paddling a canoe. We are looking to upgrade our main camera before a big trip up into the Yukon this summer - hope to see ya out there!
Ashley, what was that pasta meal you two had on the first night, that looked amazing?
Where did you get your hip wadees
Do u fish why not catch lunch or dinner
Sometimes we do. Depends on the day and the trip.
Youre great and simple.thanks for sharing.GOD bless you and your family.im filipino, from QUEZON CITY PHILLIPINES.
Wow, just WOW. BEST OF EVERYTHING
Thanks so much!
You need a listen in canoing.
Not sure what a listen in canoeing is? 🛶
Always good
Thank you!
I need to learn how to do this
I love these videos
Thank you very much for your comment!
Thanks for your fantastic films, in 2014 myself and 3 friends spent 8 days in Quetico and the Boundary Waters, had wall to wall sunshine in mid September, your films bring back so many great memories , I’m returning back to Boundary Waters and Quetico this September to paddle for another 8 days further east this time, it’s such a special place. Thanks for all the work you put into your films. Gary from United Kingdom
great looking trip!! thanks for taking us along! I was wondering, is it possible for you to tell me your tarp and bug net set up? looks really nice and i've been trying to find a good tarp/net system and every time you guys set up camp i'm scouring the vid for a brand or something lol
Awesome experience, more than anything love your humor guys!
Hi , great video as always, just wanted to know what camera / gimbal you use for the canoe on the water shots as they seem so smooth, thanks regards Paul.
Man, that is a big powerful river.
Is she faking the accent?

A wonderful adventure with you and your best friend.
How do you get a canoe there? On your backpack? Doesn't seems like wildneress?
Ever canoe Temagemi??
very well done and awesome video!!
Relationship goals right here. You two are an inspiration. What a great team!
simply Wow!
Awesome video, ty 🙌🏼 I’m originally from Quebec, Canada and really miss the nature, camping, canoeing on the lakes and rivers and call of the loons! …🏕️🛶🌲
Amazing nature, wonderful place!!
Thanks!
That’s some fantastic videography and editing. I’m inspired. Thank you 🙏 Epic was the correct choice of words.
Stunning scenery amazing film quality very well done sir, thanks for posting
Hands down best ending ever! 🙌 ❤
Thank you! 😊
Have you ever had to worry about Betty Lou getting into it with a wolf or coyote or even a porcupine?
Yep. We worry about wolves and porcupines all the time. Just try and keep her very close
Where did you buy your hip boots?
Fishing for food is nature... Fishing for fun is cruel...
I disagree. Thanks for the comment.
Where’s Monty!
what is lost on 99% of the american population is the amount of wildlife that EXISTS in its national parks and wilderness areas. Canadians have the gift times 10 (at least) - and as the world continues to populate and deteriorate, Canada will hold the gems and the sublime beauty.
good on you !!🙂
Thank you!
so far, i have not witnessed some one so relaxed and competent in the woods and on the water. i am not experienced in either of these and find my self thinking I could do it alongside some one as skilled as you are. I have lived a very independent life, but in my 6th decade things are changing...Thank you for this very pleasant and informative peek.
We found your later videos and are now watching in backwards order - it is really fun to see the evolution in reverse of your paddling trips and camping! We live in the midwest of the USA and do "float trips" (as opposed to paddling trips) in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. I think you would love "floating" and fishing on the Jack's Fork River in Missouri. Watching your trips has made me want to branch out into Canada!
Well done, guys 🤩 I just love how you put these videos together. It’s time consuming, that’s for sure. Always a pleasure to watch, and inspirational 🛶🤌
Thank you very much. We feel the same watching your films. They are so so well done as well with such a good eye for those beautiful shots.
I love it, I’ll subscribe you, just for your straightforward honesty. No gimmicks.
Thank you 🙏
at 16:14 it looks to me like a Deadfall Trap.
Speechless.
nice choice of music
Thank you
Great content- really well put together.
Much appreciated!
One of my favourite routes. Did it with 2 Japanese in Canada for the first time. Really rough coming off Big Trout and pulled a shoulder muscle but percervered and both happy with the trip.
Glad you made it through that trip with a pulled shoulder. That must have been tough. 🛶
Nice colour grading! What camera(s) do you use?
Thank you!
Crazy! But fun to watch. I love backpacking in the summer, but don't think I'm quite ready for winter. Although, you made it look fun - it was the look on Lu's face.
I guess the wilderness feel would actually depend upon an individuals perspective. To me, any time you have to reserve a site, a time, or a day to make a trip in order to enjoy nature then it is not wilderness and the restrictions would make it feel like it wasnt wilderness. That does not, however, mean it isn't beautiful
