You did everything right; using a torque wrench on all parts, lube and carbon paste at the interfaces, filed the steer tube, and even used a towel when installing the bottom bracket. But you mounted the frame by the top tube in the clamp work stand. Uh a big no-no 😮 especially on a carbon frame. You risk crushing the tube!
