Losing in the finals is not the same failing as losing in first round. Media nowadays makes it seem like outside of the champion it's the same result for other 29 teams and that's not true .. Being in the finals for a franchise is a huge success on the season. As an owner, you got a bunch of extra games, all televised, and I'm sure merch sales went up. 2023-24 Mavs had a successful season for their franchise. The best possible result isn't the only successful result. Each team has their own version of a successful season depending on where they are. It's wild to me that their is a more negative view on DAL for losing to a superior BOS team than MIN for losing to DAL. ANT gets praise for "taking next step" despite losing but Luka "failed" and has all these negative takes from media.

Its not that were pissed, its that were upset but we understand. Denver has never been a hot bed like LA, MIA, BOS, PHI, NY as a destination to play because we understand as a fan base we can not offer the money these teams can. After 47 years we are happy we got a chip, and we did get our heads blown up as a fan base, but we also understand that for us to be competitive, we are heavily dependent on drafting talent because the FA market here in salary isn't attractive. But were not mad at KCP we thank him, and he will be missed, and in his short span, he definitely a fan favorite forever in Nuggets Lore

People still go on about that face mask ball, missed interception stuff (I would like to point out at this point I am NOT a 49er's person), but no one talks about the little yellow flag that is thrown prior for PI, which incidentally must have been against the defence otherwise the face mask catch wouldn't have stood! I am just not sure why people like to use it to knock the kid? And when did we all stop loving the fact that a dude picked last took a team (yes with lots of talent) to the SB? Surely, that gives hope to everyone being picked late that, given the chance they can go on to do great things, isn't that what the American dream is all about? (I am also British so happy to be corrected on that last part). Anyway, rant over.

It has nothing to do with AD and Lebron not being as good as other stars. Watch Jamal Murray against the lakers and then watch him against the Wolves in the post season. I think replacing Reggie Jackson with Westbrook is a plus honestly but they will miss KCP for sure. They need to pickup Malik Beasley for that shooting and defense.

Just keep giving Jokic the MVP the award is joke a fars. It’s become a popularity vote and Chris Jason did lead his team in points rebounder & assists this season . And the Celtics had the best record overall. Jokic & luka both are terrible defenders and has had more success in nba than both of them. 5 conference finals 2 nba finals and we made the playoffs every year since the jays been together.
