Listening to this I just had the thought of a False Hydra that gains enough sentience to see itself as the savior of all life and that just terrifies me.
I have two questions 1) What language is this? 2) Is this Vocaloid?
1) Latin. 2) Person performance, it just sounds super layered and distorted with pitch shifts.

Yesterday. My party fought this thing. My character, a Paladin. Told them all to run. With his ears burnt off, his greatsword in hand. He fought the hydra alone. He killed it. But, he also died in the process. Leaving only his sword behind as his legacy. A legacy no one will probably remember.

The song is well done, but the terrifying part is seeing the creature in the picture singing it O . o It's that horrifying dichotomy of hearing something so beautiful coming out of something so scary that just ramps up the terror, jesus lol
Imagine the bittersweet horror of using a false hydra to kill the final boss. Maybe the BBEG weaved a conspiracy that's about to plunge the world into war or they're a god who can only die when they no longer have any worshippers. Either way, killing this person's body isn't enough, every trace of their life must be erased. In the end, the heroes watch the grotesquely beautiful scene play out, terrified of what memories they are about to lose of each other. And, of course, they set an explosion to go off in case their sudden amnesia leave them unable to defeat the false hydra. The heroes come to in a pile of rubble as a globe of invulnerability vanishes from around them. They look from one another, vague memories flashing through their minds. But the only thing anchoring them to one another is a sense of love. They don't know why, but they know that their companions would be willing to die for them, and you would do the same.

This is so cool I barely know anything about false hydras but they seem cool one of the lyrics makes me think of a monster that doesn’t have eyes but see’s through your eyes it’s pray Their designs look cool but if you make sliiight changes it looks *a certain way*

Maybe the song could make you relive your worst memories. It's trying to make you so tired that you give up and decide that the world really would be better without you. It would be an absolutely horrific reversal of a siren song.
The most intriguing part of this song to me is that, false hydras are intelligent enough to speak and think, so this song can either be interpreted as a siren song to lure a village to it's death, or that the hydra actually has pity for the poor people that happen to be it's food, singing them a final lullaby as it gives them peace in death, ending it all before their suffering can become greater. though, my favorite interpretation of a false hydra is one that uses it's song to be unseen by the villagers, but allows them to have the memories of it's actions, molding the village into one that worships it like a god, their "Mother" protecting them in exchange for food that the villagers hunt for it, only eating villagers when they become elderly and seek it for release from the mortal plane, making the village sustain it indefinitely.
