What type of sessions are you doing on the bike? Is it more threshold or Vo2max, or a mixture of the 2?

Hey Andy, hope the rehab is going well. Plenty of time yet to get things moving in the right direction. Looking forward to seeing you and hopefully watching you run next month in Stirling. Would be a real privilege. Anyway, stay safe pal and excited for more bangers.

hi Andy i have just recovered from a stress fracture in my foot when i got injured my daily diet was some cereal for breakfast a sandwich for lunch and some pasta for tea in total around 1500 calories because i wasn't eating enough could that have been a cause of the stress fracture? and i if eat more does that decrease your chance of a stress fracture?
