    Vaginal steaming (not sure if this is controversial) but this is helpful in regulating ph balance do it 1x every 15 days. Indians hair oiling will grow and hydrate your hair (yes for my black ladies it helps us too)

    They’re not sexy but…compression socks! They prevent varicose veins, but they also improve circulation, reduce swelling, and help with lymphatic drainage. If you’re standing or sitting for long hours, they’re a huge help.

    Hygiene is a biggg thing for me i cannot stand any form of body odor, especially armpits, private parts and mouth. The Dental part of this was personal for me 😢😢... I can't stand bad breath. Currently havr this coworker that u can amell her bad breath even if u are 5 feet away from her and i cannot stand it. Someone told me it was like inside her stomach and its been there since childhood and I dont understand that u are in your early 30s and have money, enough to visit a dentist or a doctor. Get that issue solve i dont think its something thats impossible to solve. I avoid anoy close proximity with her i dont want to be rude or mention it so i just avoid anywhere i can smell her breath

    That must be horrible to deal with for her if it’s *not* something she’s able to deal with. It also goes to show how important gut health is.

    @@beautyandbeyond000 Gut health is very Important. At one point I couldn't take it I wanted to suggested is for her to look for ways to clean out her gut and and also improve her dental health with dental visits and a good oral routine, But odor discussing is always sensitive to ppl, so I won't do any suggesting of anything. She's so beautiful and when she breaths and u get a sniff of it its just so unexpected and disappointing, feel sad and embarrass for her to be honest 😔.

    As a teenager I am not focused on what I will do in life I don't have any certain career choice but the main motivation and goal is that I will study in what makes me happy and precise. But surely I will search for jobs that will pay me decent income. Also I plan to study international relations in college so yes maybe my job will be based on what's in that field

    Here are some of my micro habit grooming tips!! - Fresh aloe vera, blended and left on the hair for about an hour. - ½ Water and ½ Apple Cider Vinegar to condition the hair for 5 mins and as a facial toner!!! Your skin will be poreless! - A detox clay mask on the hair at least once a month! - Oil cleansing the skin! Especially to remove makeup! - Castor oil on the eyebrows and eyelashes every night before bed!!! - Coating your floss in toothpaste before flossing! - Oil pulling!!!! Gets rid of hard plaque!!! Hard plaque will fall off the teeth if you oil pull for about a week straight! I’ve had several older people I know try it!😮 - This is a verrrrry weird tip, but swishing your teeth with FRESH celery juice will get rid of bad breath and strengthen the teeth (you might even feel circulation in your teeth as well!!) - Clean your earrings at least once a week! - Learn the Infradian Rhythm!!! - Leave a moisturizing sheet mask on until it dries completely! A silicone face mask can keep the serums on your skin for longer! A friend of mine from Korea drives to work with a face mask on! And his skin is amazing!! 🤩 - Carrying around a hydrosol to mist the face throughout the day!! Keep the skin moist, not dry!! - Also!! Im a natural deodorant girlie who wears the crystal deodorant (which previously NEVER used to work on me!!)! LOLOL😂 It was due to HS that I became a serious natural gal! (HS is a condition where large cysts appear in areas where the lymph nodes are concentrated and no, I no longer struggle with HS!🎉) My tips for not stinking during the Summer and even having my coworkers & customers (at a high end restaurant) tell me I smell amazing (AFTER WORK!) are 1. Eat clean!!!! Especially dark leafy greens/foods filled with chlorophyll & drink lots of warm to hot water with a pinch of salt and/or lemon, 2. Detox your underarms with a clay mask at least once a month, 3. Stop using deodorant with aluminum in it (research it!), 4. Exfoliate your underarms and use a witch hazel toner! 5. Fenugreek capsules arent only great for hair growth, but for underarm smell as well! (You’ll be smelling like maple syrup after a workout), 6. Hair holds onto smell, so remove hair if you wish! 7. Oil perfume on your pulse points! 8. Parasite cleanse or candida cleanse once a year! Also I dont sweat as much as I used to compared to when I used to wear using conventional deodorant and my clothes no longer have deodorant stains!

    Hey!! Did you only have hs on the armpits? I've had hs since i was like 9, maybe younger. I'm 24 now, I have them all over my private parts, too many scars to count, and well, just not pretty. Did you get rid of the scars? Do you have good advice? Tips like food, water, etc. I don't really appreciate it since I already eat well or i just eat like a normal human being who appreciates food😅 and i drink a lot of water, and I'm also clean. (I only say that as people instantly think drinking water clears everything, not to be rude) 🥲 any advice would be great. If not, it's fine:) ❤

  • @nilaja5380
    @nilaja5380Күн бұрын

    @@imknownforstartingafire Yes, I did have it there too. It happens where lymph nodes are concentrated. I believe that HS develops due to loads of toxin build up in our body’s waste system (so because the lymph system doesnt have a pump, like the circulatory system, we have to manually pump it ourselves!) Along with the tips above, some more tips for HS, that have helped me! 1. Do not shave, it makes it worse, wax or epilate instead! 2. Change your Hygiene and Cleaning Products to non-toxic ones, 3. You have to move your lymphatic system! Anything that moves the blood, moves the lymphatic system! So exercising regularly, drinking herbal teas or taking herbal capsules that target and cleanse the lymphatic system (ie burdock root, ginger, red clover, etc.), of course drinking water, but make sure youre drinking water “properly” (the way I described 👆🏾), exfoliation, lymphatic drainage massage!, etc.! 4. Check for mold in the house, because mold and other underlying infections can make it worse (ie parasites, candida, etc), 5. I would invest in some sort of an herbal detox/cleanse once or twice a year like Organic Olivia’s Parapro Formula. The scars will go away with time, regular exfoliation and regular moisturization! Treat those areas of skin like your facial skin care! Remember that HS is an auntoimmune disorder, so try eating an Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet which is under the Paleo Diet for a certain amount of time and doing other things that you cleanse the body and the lymphatic system. As you do more and more of these things, you’ll be able to determine why you had a flare! (My father, my twin and I no longer have flares, no scarring). If you havent changed your deodorant yet, I would recommend Schmidts or the aluminum free Arm & Hammer deodorant because aluminum makes it worse!

I oil pull once a week and have an *Everything* shower once a week I even use a hair mask and let it sit for 1 hour and mask it with Argon oil 🥰😍 I live in heat so no need for heat on my hair natural curly thick 3A curls 🎉 I’m so glad you mentioned the bonnet because I learned this years ago that if you just use a satin pillowcase over time all the oil and dirt from your face and hair isn’t good and can cause breakouts so always got my bonnet on I get the ones with the satin ties because it stays but the regular bonnets lose stretch after a while 😅

    Librarian here and this information is inaccurate or, at the very least, incomplete. There are different avenues you can go to work in a library: public, private, collegiate, or corporate (including law or medical librarianship). You might be able to switch between some of these sectors but it can be tricky if you don't have the right experience. Starting off in the public library, at least in the state in lived in, the pay was only $40,000 to start and was very competitive. Pay is usually better in the public school system as a school librarian when starting out. The upper level of the pay bracket for librarian jobs in the public and academic sector is where the money is (i.e. director and mangerial positions) but these positions are rarely vacant and you are required to work your way up for years. If you do not mind working evenings and weekends (think of all the times the library was open to 10 or 11 PM during college!) for awhile, then you might get the chance to make it to the higher paying positions.
