Holy cow!! That was absolutely amazing! You look stunning in your fabulous Rapunzel dress! 😍😍😍 Can't WAIT to watch the tiara video! ❤❤❤
You can use floral wire to make rectangles almost the size of the green stones as part of the post, then glue the stone. That way the stone has a whole structure to secure the stone fully.
That is really smart, next time I use the square stones I’m definitely going to try that, thank you 🖤
This crown is in a large clear box that if you stand in a certain way, you can stand there and it looks like you are wearing it. It was beautiful
That sounds amazing, I hope I get to visit it soon, I’ve since learned it’s at Kensington palace not the v&a 😅 one day 🤞🏻
This is perfection... I wish I could make the stays, maybe one day <3
Thank you 🖤 You should! They weren’t as hard as I thought they’d be, I definitely want to make some more 😁
The moment you announced a Disney Princess costume a few videos back I was so hoping for Rapunzel and am so happy I was right it's such a cool deisgn idea and works so well with the film version as inspiration! You look amazing!
I started planning it about a year ago 😅 I’m so glad you liked it! Thank you 🖤🖤
@@MadameMyriad I have some pieces for a green concept art Rapunzel but make it 18th century cut out (since 2021, but we don't talk about this ^^) So seeing someone have that same idea and execute it so beautifully just makes me so happy 😅🤗
Yess please do the green one🖤🖤 I really wanted to myself but was afraid no one would know what it was so I went with purple 😅 I’d absolutely love to see you make the green version!
Beautiful work. The stays are excellent. All the pain and tiredness was worth it.
Thank you so much! It 100% was, I love this one so much 🥰🖤
It looks gorgeous despite being cursed 🖤🖤🖤
Thank you 🖤
it looks so good!!! i love the dress! and the sleeves especially!
Thank you so much!! I’m glad you liked the sleeves, they were hard and I had my doubts 😅🖤
Currently watching you draw on the lines and I think I thought of a way to make it easier. Flip the paper pattern piece upside down, shine a light through it and draw the lines on the back using a chalk color that will show up on the fabric, then flip it back right side up and press it (chalked side down) onto the fabric so the chalk will transfer over. Then you can trace over the lines on the fabric and make it easier to see. Maybe it won’t work but I just was thinking about it and how difficult it must have been to measure everything out. ANYWHO wonderful video and beautiful design! Much talent!
Ooo that’s a good idea, I do need to get some coloured chalk anyway, (I’ve only got white and I’m starting to notice how many things I make are white 😂) & thank you 🖤🖤
Loved the reveal humor 😂
I had to check because I couldn’t remember what I did 😂
@@MadameMyriad 😂
I love it!! I’ve been wanting to make a chemise a la rein for ages in an attempt at a historical rapunzel costume! This video is perfect inspiration!!
Aww thank you 🖤 please share it if you do, I’d love to see it 🥰
Gorgeous🎉 ❤
Thank you! 😊💜
Your commitment and dedication is commendable your Rapunzel cosplay came out beautiful congratulations on your hardwork I really enjoyed your process 😊
Thank you so much ☺️ I’m so glad you enjoyed the project 💜
I love this so much! I definitely understand the struggle of the unpicking and not wanting to deal with patterns and alterations
Thank you 🥰 yea I’m only just starting to learn how to use patterns, I won’t be altering any for a while 😂
Ah it’s so beautiful!!! You did such an amazing job lovely! I can definitely understand the unpicking! I’ve started just using the widest stitch length on my machine for the first assembly if I don’t make a mock up. Makes it easier to unpick if I make a mistake!
Thank you so much 🖤 That is really really smart, I may have to start doing that 😄
👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you ☺️
Thank you 🥰🥰 You’re always so sweet! 🖤
Beautiful, I think you nailed it! I absolutely agree that the fabric of the over skirt was way too perfect not to be included.
Thank you! ☺️ I found it last August and have been lowkey stalking it online ever since, it didn’t fit with my historical design but I couldn’t not use it after all that 😂
Sewing is really magic! Incredible work/art.
Thank you so much! 🖤
At the end- that’s how I feel when I spin- so I just don’t! 😂 but really beautifully well done dress✨
I almost fell over so many times, who knew spinning required so much coordination 😂 Thank you 🖤
Try transfer paper, I think Clover make it. Use a tracing wheel over your boning template and it’ll mark the lines pretty well!
If I ever do something like this again I will definitely make the investment! Thank you 😄
YAY! Haven't even watched it, but just had to mention, I squealed when I saw that you'd posted!!!
Haha I hope you enjoy it, it's definitely my new favourite project 💜
@@MadameMyriad GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!! :)
Thank youuu!! 😁🖤
@@MadameMyriad You are most welcome!!
5:04 I went to hat shop and they had a hat like that!! Unfortunately it was too big. Of luckily it was too big otherwise I would have been obliged to buy it.
If I am being honest with you, a hat being too big would not have stopped me from buying said hat, I own far too many items that don't even come close to fitting me but at least they look cool 😂
How do you film sew AND edit??
With great disorganisation and forever extending my own deadlines 😄
Love your playlist!! Soooo much fabric and work. What were the victorians thinking??? Thank God we only wear 2 layers today
aww thank you 🖤 yea, it's fun to dress up in but I would not want to do that daily 😬
Like your personality
Thank you, you're so sweet 🥰 (I'm sorry I took so long to reply to your comments, my latest project had me in a manic crunching state the past week 😄)
Great editing
You have no idea how much I appreciate that, I struggle with it so much! There are editing mistakes in some of my videos that literally keep me up at night😅
Beautiful😊
Thank you! 😊
Omg this is wonderful! That’s incredible!
Thank you so much!!☺️🖤
Madame, may I know what kind of glue you use to attach all those crystals together? Thank you.
I used E6000, it’s great for loads of materials - make sure you wear a mask though as it’s very toxic!
@@MadameMyriad I really appreciate it Madame :)
You got it: Eye - Urn Accent on the “Eye” Trail off on the “Urn” ❤
I definitely did that thing where you say a word too much that it doesn’t sound real anymore 😂
I once did that with the word “filch” - I kept repeating, “filch filch filch” - “ Is that what I MEAN? Is that a WORD?” I totally get what you mean - I had to run for the dictionary.
Brilliant idea and epic result! And now I obviously needed to check the list of 27 emotions, and I will spend the rest of the evening wondering which I would choose 😀.
Thank you ☺️🖤 ooo let me know which one you decide on!
I settled on two options. It would be either “aesthetic appreciation” or “boredom”. And as I’m not thinking of boredom in a negative way, it would be interesting to come up with a matching outfit for it 😀.
Those are some good options, I think aesthetic appreciation would have to be a weird split outfit of different aesthetics, like a gothic shirt, with a cottage core bodice, punk trousers and vintage shoes or something 😂 no idea for boredom though
If Lincoln City doesn’t do it for you, try Big Sur in Northern California.
They both do it for me! I had no idea America was so beautiful 😍😍 I seriously doubt I’d ever get a visa though😄
