  I’m bipolar and had a manic episode. When I get too manic for too long I start to not get hungry. Then my anxiety kicks in and I stop getting hunger signals at all. I try and force myself to eat which becomes extremely laborious. I truly struggle to chew and swallow my food. I get even more anxious when I know my husband is watching me eat because he wants to make sure I’ve eaten. I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve even lied about consuming meals. I try and drink a protein shake but even that can give me a massive stomach ache. I’ve lost so much weight in such a short amount of time and a lot of muscle. I want to be healthy, mentally, physically and spiritually. I want to be a whole person. I don’t like discussing my eating issues because most people I come across have the opposite problem. They say “ I wish I had your problem.” No. No you don’t. The grass isn’t greener on this side. I just wanted to share because I know I’m not the only one in this situation.

  Always do expectant miscarriage first. D&c and pills are less effective and safe to natural way. Only use that medical intervention as a necessary last resort I have unnecessary scaring from d&C's that has now caused issues in fertility and carrying to term. The pill hurts and ER doc says majority of her miscarrying patients are in ER due to that medicine and have to have very painful pelvic exams and a d&c anyway. 90%+ better safer chance natural route.

  Mom guilt starts immediately when pregnant. Logically we know only human and so much we can do but our mother instincts throw us into what ifs and blaming ourselves you cannot tell a mother otherwise it's in our DNA. We know logically but spiritually and instinctively we can't help but blame ourselves

  This was a great story. I recommend mindfulness sometimes for anxiety. It helped me. The book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by H. Daniels was a big help.

  I just had a miscarriage 4 days ago😢Miscarriages are less painful when u have someone to do the grieving with u😢.not everyone is lucky enough to find a partner who understands and supports during a miscarriage 😢😢😢

  Kaiora, I totally relate to this and even experienced my miscarriage same year, time and about the same amount of weeks along. I thought I couldn't get pregnant for years and so was so excited to be, until we had the miscarriage, baby was ectopic growing in the tube. I had comments made to me, it wasn't meant to be, you can just have another one, you weren't that far along anyway. Hit me like a punch to the chest. It hurt to hear that. I feel like I could have benefited from some counselling as it felt like my hurt was invalid according to some of my closest, and you just shut it away, as it was first trimester. Broke my heart and I still remember like it was yesterday. My mum said to give baby a name and I did, it helped me to feel like this was a little soul to be remembered no matter how long we got to love it and a part of us just like any other baby would have been . I will never forget that experience beautiful and sad at the same time and still cry for the loss, you never forget. Much love to all that go through the pain and I hope that other people will be more supportive of someone going through it, and to think before they speak too. 💖

  I think one reason to not want to say anything is that if those early test results indicate an issue, and you choose a termination, you don't have to then explain that to others who you've previously told you are pregnant.

  This is often the case, however this will also make it much harder to deal with the grief and pain because you haven't told anyone.

  Just wondering why chemical pregnancies weren’t listed in the video, as those are very common as well. Maybe because it’s usually too early to tell?

  I've really enjoyed this series so far. So much of what these families have experienced is what Im going through right now. Especially the part about the fear of miscarrying again and not like the term "we lost the baby". Thank you for making this series.

  Hi, I have noticed it with a couple of my videos too. I am still looking into it but I think it's because the language wasn't picked as English automatically. try to add am extra language and see if that works and then delete the original one.

  Hey, I was just wondering do you need to get apply for any permit in order to fly drone near the Harbour Bridge? I have done something really similar and apparently you could get a fine for it? Cheers

  This was shot before the law came into place. Also with proper flight planning you can get a permit to film where ever you need to shoot. But you will need approval from all the appropriate flight domes and landing spots.

  What lovely production. Kudos to you for translating it in poem form. Not an easy job. Beautiful drawings and lovely narrators. Thanks for keeping this story alive. I played it for my half Persian half Canadian daughter. She like it very much. It's often through helping others that our own problems get solved too. What a lovely story.   Thats great Ardi thanks. wondering if oyu can take the two side maori designs off...we will drop some Maori/Pal images into the titles around the outside if the circle...not sure what images that i will use yet but will be Katz, Paitangi and some palestinaian imagery... thanks heaps appreciate it
