From my own experience The entirety of the Dallas County judicial and law enforcement systems are unethical, racist, and rigged for the demise of any one that is poor, and especially those that are of African descent. I appeared in court most recently for the second time, July 24, 2024 for my trial case. During this fiasco that was considered a trial, Sasha Moreno, yet again, proved to be both racist and biased against anyone poor, and especially those of African descent. This “judge” is so insidiously sickening that she created a preposterous and hostile trial environment from start to finish. Prior to the trial, she began the hearing by calling me out and reminding me that she remembered me referring to her as racist and biased. I did just this after I’d witnessed her very unethical behavior in court previously during the pre-trial. She went on to attempt to hold me and my daughter in contempt of court for not attending mediation, despite the plethora of communication shared with her and her clerks that we were met with hostility, microaggression, and bias from Theresa Valdez, the receptionist, racist remarks and dismissiveness from Othel Bursey, and a refusal to correct the issues and dismissiveness from Lori Bodino. We also attempted to have mediation in Tarrant County per Lori Bodino’s request, but we were met with dismissiveness. Sasha Moreno purposely overlooked evidence, allowed the defendant who had little to no evidence (a copy of “Texas Vehicle Inspection Report,” a copy of the diagnostics he requested be done for him by us to identify the problem he could not find-which was given to him by me and my daughter, and a copy of a chat between Christian Carrero and Travis Hampton) to pay us an amount, which didn’t even cover the amount of money we paid for engine replacement and labor plus additional fees and items he stated we needed for the repair of the car nor was it explained how she came about with this amount. My daughter and I had evidence proving the car has been inoperable since the inefficient and ineffective major engine replacement done by CarZone Wheels and Tires. Sasha Moreno has NO MORAL TURPITUDE. Throughout the trial she was antagonistic, toxic, and continuously made contradictory statements and remarks. She failed to observe the evidence that had been placed in an order along with an exhibit cover sheet numbering each item. On multiple occasions she attempted to trip me up, which isn’t what a judge should be doing. That is the job of the defendant, who was also pro se. In many instances the defendant was allowed to just make remarks and comments during the case, but when I responded in kind she immediately asked that we not speak to each other but to her directly. Throughout the process she requested evidence that was provided as proof repetitively that proved that the defendant was in fact at fault. And as a slap in the face, the judgment was in my daughter’s favor, but it didn’t cover the costs that we paid nor the mental anguish my daughter and I were put through in the court proceedings or the judicial process. It seems that the judicial system in Dallas and Tarrant County are full of racist Hispanics and Caucasians and Uncle Tom blacks in judgeships. Most recently, my daughter and I went in for a case against Car Zone Tire and Wheels, because we paid to have an engine replaced in the car. Unfortunately, our car was not repaired properly and the owner refused to reimburse us for his botched work or the money spent going back and forth to give him the opportunity to make accurate repairs. While in this courtroom on April 16, 2024, I quickly noticed the racist, biased behaviors of the judge, Sasha Moreno. This crazed, Hispanic female has no business being on anyone's bench. There were approximately five African American plaintiffs, including me and my daughter. The first interaction I witnessed was a black elderly couple, the plaintiff, against an apartment complex. The attorney for the apartment complex was allowed to share that an offer for the exact amount was made, but when the elderly black woman attempted to share that this was false, she was silenced by Sasha Moreno. When a black male plaintiff attempted to plead his case against a towing company, she told him he didn't have one because he had 14 days from the day of the tow to do so. Here we were months later and they continued to take this man's money without telling him he never had a case. She went on to tell him after he inquired regarding this fact why wasn't he made aware and she stated, "It isn't the courts job to provide you the details of the law." Sasha then asked him to take a look at the bottom of the receipt provided to him." Yet, moments later, as I sat to make amendments for my own case, I watched the clerks assist a white male and tell him they would check to see if he had a case or not. As I watched, I was irate. I witnessed this "so called" judge quickly silence African-Americans and refuse to hear them or allow them to share details, while non-blacks were allowed to share the details of their dilemma during the pre-trial hearings and even present information using their cellphones, despite it being a rule in the court that this was not permissible. We were not allowed to have phones on in the courtroom, but I watched on as many Caucasians pulled out their phones and made use of them with no consequences. I wonder what the penalty would have been for me, as a black woman, if I were to have done this. In addition, Sasha was immediately called out by me prior to me attempting to share the details of my case. Sasha allowed me to inform her of her blatant failure to rightly uphold the law and then forced me into a mediation that I refused multiple times, because I had already provided the defendant, Car Zone Tires & Wheels more than three or more opportunities to make the necessary repairs without additional cost prior to taking this to court. Unfortunately, Sasha had no desire to hear this and expressed that if I failed to go to mediation I would be held in contempt. During the pre-trial she shared that I would not be guaranteed to win, implying that I would lose. The AUDACITY!!!! How are these racist individuals being allowed to even sit on a bench to make judgements. And the clerks and staff aren't any better. They are just as ridiculous as the judge(s) they work for. Prior to leaving, my daughter and I learned from the bailiffs and security personnel that what we witnessed is a norm at Grand Prairie Dallas County Courts and they stated that the black judge isn't any better, he is racist against those that resemble him in color.

If marketing companies utilize rainbows to market products to children, who are the lgbt community targeting with the rainbow flag? Being gay isn't an accomplishment, get a life.

I'm going to spill the air horns of wind with this one here. This Judge Sasha Morena didn't show up on time or nor wasn't present at my court date for a speeding ticket to get taking care of. I'm here to take care of business and get it over with. I have taken a day off for my court appearance from my job just to see this Judge. I was on time, arrived 40 minutes before my court appearance just to see her. Her office clerks at the desk window weren't even noticing me "they seen me" when I walked in or nor the clerks haven't showed any common courtesy for me to be helped until another person walked in few minutes later after me until I've sat down to wait until my appearance with Judge Moreno for an appearance. This Hispanic gentleman after me was notice and help immediately upon arrival. The Hispanic male who came after me was helped immediately while I sat and waited until 10am. Keep in mind, the desk clerk workers at the windows were Hispanic females. Later a black female came in stand for a second, went to one of the windows with a small chat and left within quick seconds. So 10am appearance time came and I got up at my seat to go to one of the windows just to see about this speeding ticket "it's a warning ticket" eventually I was helped while standing in line for a few seconds. I didn't have $300 upfront when talking to the clerk. She said I will receive a yellow card in the mail at my address to pay online and or come in office and pay it within 30 days before it turns into a warrant. I was giving a citation with a warning, not a violation but, still have to go see a this Judge. Note: When I've waited sitting after the Hispanic male came after me when he was helped by one of the clerks upon hearing their conversation, he was there for a speeding ticket and I was surprised that his speeding ticket was $5 told to him. I'm like daaang! This is the conversation I've heard from the two. I was giving a warning on my speeding ticket and not a violation but I have to pay $300 for a warning speeding and this guy is paying $5 is beyond me! WTF! I kid you not and swear on a stack of Bibles that his speeding ticket charge was $5... promise to God I'm not making it up! I was like wow "lucky him". But I have to pay $300 dollars for a warning citation? Cash grab and deceitful! This office of Judge Moreno is just a cash grab business suite to pay for tickets. This isn't a court were you and others in the court room appear to see a judge with a paralegal in sight. I've been to a real court room before, a district court at that. I doubt that this Judge Moreno doesn't even have at least 10 or 15 years EXPERIENCE in this profession as judge. She seems like she just got her bachelor's degree in Law school to be a judge within 4 or 5 years of college and that's about it by judging her age in this video. Most Judges I've seen are well into their ages of their middle 40s and 50s or 60s that, you would consider they have been in Law for over 15 to 20 years or more for the experience to been in over 100 cases as a judge, a more professional and experienced at that.

There's no justice in this country. This judge threatened to send the cops to 'pick me up ' the first time she saw me as a plaintiff. She said I could provide video evidence, and In court day she openly denied me to provide video evidence. Also told the defendant's lawyer that he didn't have to worry while I was speaking. There are spiritual laws that govern the universe and we are all under those laws, that philosophy of life is also known in some civilizations as karmic laws. In other words, you co-create your actions and they come back to you.
