I always assumed that the Shadow's "Eye" was what kept Draal from helping out more often.

The Hyperion class heavy cruiser had jump engines. They just didn't use them in this episode.

Lorien can disguise himself. He seems like a humanoid to people and scanners, but is a part energy creature just like many of the ancient races.
Sheridan, part of a Vorlon inside him, on the edge of death and then to have the very first beings life force inside you to keep you going for 20 more years, it's no wonder he wasn't afraid of anything after that.
This is Sheridan lost in more ways than one.
My favorite series but I still dont know about that character . I get he is the ultimate maguffin to keep Sheridan alive but still it all worked out nicely .

I wonder what Mr. Morden went through? In one time he was being executed by Londo, in another time he comes back to talk to Lennier as a ghost. Tick-Tock.
Yeah not so good. He worshiped the shadows but they turned out to be to different to us like the vorlons and so they all left.
@@JK-Visions He may be "the man who is already dead" that Londo was not supposed to kill in order to redeem himself. But the event came and went and we were all on the side of Vir, waving at his head on a pike. But maybe if he kept him alive, then when the First Ones left, he might have been converted to serve the Centauri, and prevent the Drakh from revenging themselves on them (and others)?

The blue rays are very good and the series is infinatly repeatable/rewatchable.

Making this episode made me cry a few times but i think this is one of the best episodes of the series. So i advice you to rewatch this episode. This short is always too short. Peace;)
I found him creepy at first but Lorien is actually very kind. I upload the next one too because its a bit of a 2 part epidode and this was an introduction so to speak.
Poor Londo too little too late, but Cartagia he's nuts. Such good actors in B5.

B5 captured the feel of huge upheaval so well, that feeling like everything was standing still but life went on as usual.
It's honestly one of the worst name for an explorer class ship.
In hindsight yes but I didn't know the history at the time and at the time those explorers were not considered mass murderers. But so are most sailers from those days who went to South America and other places around the world.
@@JK-Visions Never really even consider him an explorer since it wasn't his mission or interest. And I am fairly certain that there are a lot of genuine explorers before or after him who did have as much blood on his hands. But it wouldn't be the first time some ship has a poor name.

Funnily enough, that was apparently previous 2nd in command's coffee plant. Apparently right before she was transferred, Laurel Takashima send a message to Ivanova that she has now "inherited" her coffee plant.
I can't remember that scene but it is amazing that JMS put in those small details. So if you rewatch it we can see more and more details.

Amazing plot. Sincleir was actually the Minbari's prophet Valen who helped win the bigger war againt the ancient Shadows.

The fact that Talia saw the Shadows without even trying means that later on in the series, when Morden speaks to a Psi Cop, the Psi Cop has to be aware of the Shadows too...and doesn't care.
Ya you know all these fx artists should take a shot at remastering the video effects between scenes for this

The Soul Hunters seemed to imitate the Vorlons, who also preserved souls. I suspect they were once followers of the Vorlons, much like Minbari. I learned that the Techno-Mages were once followers of the Shadows. They wanted out and their race was destroyed, but they preserved their Order and secrets by having aliens take their place. Would be similar if Minbari died out but the Rangers continued their philosophy and so forth.
