If this music is played more freely, with more agogic - which of course will make coordination with the orchestra more difficult - then this music will be much more interesting and more touching and impressive.

Apologies, timestamping the amazing dynamics and character, I want to steal, I mean borrow, for my performance. Feel free to delete, but helps with time stamps. I ❤ this performance. 0:24 - Measure 2 - A - Almost like an accent on A, loud to soft 0:40 - Either shift of faux shift (slight gliss character) 0:56 - Accents and 1st note in both measures of descending. Slight rubato. Also slight rubato on last quaver into minim of next measure. 1:11 - rubato E into forte F# (Maybe stolen from quaver section before rather than mimim) 1:21 - real dynamic change into second phrase of "risoluto" slightly quieter, but much more "tender"
