I found this episode somewhat disconcerting because for two thirds of the interviews, he could have talked about any sport. Only towards the end it truly came across how much he values and cares for his teammate horse.

Great interview. What a lovely person Jess is. There's so much gone on in the past, but I feel Jess has learnt so much from it. Best wishes for the future......and I love Jim. He's another great horse.

For what its worth, google results depend on the account. I for one have never heard of this gossip page, and googling her name and/or life on the buckle has 0 hate result on the first page. Hearing about crap sites like that makes me glad I have no social media to be honest

So glad theres a new ep! Loved this, have been following Jess for a year or so, and so it was really great to hear more of her back story. Incredible that you can even still get on and ride at all after some really traumatic experiences.. so huge well done on that! Cant wait for the next one 🥰

What an amazing lady you are Justine - a Derbyshire girl too - this one’s from Chesterfield but in the frozen north now. You’ve done so many amazing things - what an amazing life and so humble about all you have done … keep up the good work Justine and I won’t stop following you 🎉🎉

Loved this! Didnt think i would hang in there for 56 minutes but it flew by. As to that demoralizing teacher, my experience has been competent and gifted people never do that only the insecure and wannabees. Chin up, ignore him and dont let anyone determine your worth.

I listen to this with tears rolling down my face. My parents never took my passion of horses seriously and although i had a few lessons they never understood how I ticked and my desperation to ride and be near horses - so much it affected my mental health as a child which led to me being severely abused. Those ghosts still follow me. After making a life through determination, luck and very very hard graft and sacrifice I eventually owned my own pony at 17 years old - i had no money o box home , so rode 24 miles back - it nearly killed us both lol.. he was a dream pony and i regretted selling him the moment i sold him! But he had a wonderful life long home of which I am thankful. I had hoped I would of found a chap who would of supported me but I picked 'the wrong one' and ended up in Domestic Abusive relationship and the loss of my 12yr old son through Parent Alienation Syndrome - as I listen to the openness of Justine's relationship - I cry - cry because Charlie let her be her and I know they are normal people living normal but different lives but the fact they complement each other - it forces home I've never had such a person who not only supports, but cherishes all she does - my men always have bargaining - so I am single and remain that way because now at 58 my 'good days have gone' and my dreams have adapted to my circumstances - I am peaceful and have a beautiful Animal Sanctuary that I pour (my wages) . all my Love, Passion, Hope & Belief that if it doesn't heal me it ca heal others - and I adore Justine as she is just 'up there' as someone Id of loved to of been had the stars aligned for me - she is so brave, so hard working, so honest, so genuine with all she shares and can imagine her being kind but firm in her teaching lol - thank you for a wonderful interview - i think we are all slightly obsessed with all Justine does and says lol as you feel like you're going o experience a brand new adventure - Thank you for doing this :-)
