  Love some of the tech choices (skill successors and pineapple blast) But I will say, you definitely wanna cut solemn, you’re life points are hella important as you’re left with open boards a lot, and solemn isn’t even claimable Hopefully we’ll see more attempts at this deck

  What a match! I was loving your build! The pineapple blast! The skill successor! So much fun haha I was also loving zytalos’s ideas about pineapple blast and ultimate offering😄 I just wish that card comboed with any of the other monsters besides rhynos! The deck just feels so different when you see accumulated fortune, but the hard minuses like the first good goblin and tributing rhynos for caius just makes it so hard to gain complete control of the game! you need to get so much value out of the traps. So happy to see you are messing around with it in paper! Loved this one so much❤️

  2:30 - DT Preview cards are crazy money, since they were only distributed in an extremely limited capacity in late '08. Highest rarity/value I'd actually *play* is like, AP04 Ulti Dandy and/or CP07 Lonefire, and even those are in the hundreds.

  The x-saber slander in this video makes me sad. Also at 19:54 the search should always be fullhelm. Best part of sabers is the board builing. With stardust + nat beast + fullhelm you stop destruction, spells and an atk.

  I would have gone for full gas in game #2. Stack Mali for PSZ, summon Brionac, pitch Mali and Descendant, Summon DAD, Summon Mali (mostly to shuffle deck). It's 2300+2800+800=5900. You can be clapped back by his Arma/PSZ/Brionac, but you don't really have other options. Then he has no hand too and stack a card. Probably still lost though.

  Thanks for the content, I have a question, in game 1, why don't make stardust with Mali and diva? That play keep goyo in the battlefield, but probably I miss something or else And game 3 was crazy, but at the end riko was set, the same turn that plague was normal summoned, doesn't change the outcome

  @meta never make stardust into this deck as you saw in G3. 3 Econ/1 mind con. Easy access to formula. Oh and salvage can revive formula. @cardigan absolutely do activate the effect of shooting start. 3 Veiler, 3 QuickDraw, 3 controller, 3 Catsith. Bulb, Gale; the math checks out.

  Cardigan 2 things my man. 1) I 100% approve of going mega neg. I begging for the tiras at the start of game 1. 2) never, ever go in with a slap god classic raw. 3) as you saw, Veiler is vicious against this deck. I started to main spiritual water arts to trade treeborn or resolved I dines for the Veilers.

  The Light and Darkness Dragon play with pulling the rug is not a legal play to use. Correct me if I'm wrong. Simply, Pulling the Rug negates the effect of a monster if that effect activates when it's summoned, it cannot negate any monster's effect that activates when something is summoned, it has to be the effect of the monster that was summoned. Additionally, you would not even be able to activate Pulling the Rug when summoning a Monarch while Light and Darkness Dragon is on the field, regardless of weather or not Light and Darkness Dragon's ATK and DEF can be reduced further (minimum of 800/400). Even when it doesn't have enough DEF left to negate anything, it will try immediately to negate the effect, causing Pulling the Rug to miss activation timing because it cannot respond directly to the summon effect itself.

  So Pulling can trigger on more that just the monster effect that was summoned and does NOT have to be the monster summoned. IE if I normal summon Cyber Phoenix while my opp controls King Tiger, I can activate Rug in response to Wang Hu since it's a monster effect that happened in the summon response window. We do have the ruling incorrect, but it's because LaDD (and Doomcal) are ruled to be mandatory Quick Effects and NOT Trigger Effects. If a monster effect activates in response to a Normal Summon (ex: "King Tiger Wanghu"), you can activate this card. - www.edisonformat.com/rulings/individual-card-rulings-p-r

  @@WhoNeedsMeta Yes sir we have that ruling in effect as well you use Rug on King Tiger because it's a trigger effect. Ladd is a mandatory effect. You wouldn't be able to activate rug anyway because it misses timing to be Activated. I've always hated how pulling the rug was worded haha.

  We weren't trying to Rug the Monarch, we were hoping to Rug the LaDD itself Cl1 Manju Cl2 LaDD negate Manju Cl3 Rug negate LaDD, which we could do if LaDD was a trigger effect, but it's ruled that it isn't.
