저도 한번쯤 생각했던 방법이네요 와우하면서 영어공부.. 헌데 다 아는 퀘스트고 그래서 그냥 막 안읽어보고 대충 패스 할 것 같은데..; ㅋㅋ 성과는 어떤가요??

Too bad the lifters were using Weightlifting bars as opposed to much sturdier and stronger Powerlifting bars. From my experience using Weightlifting bars, including the 2007 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Shanghai, China, if you're doing Squats, even at small amounts of weight, such as 250 KGs, being off centred can make you topsy turvy and shaky.

only the guy who done 315 (the short guy) had a proper form. everyone else had buttwinks, knees flapping everywhere.

he's doing rack pull. just to get stronger on the top position... I dont care how much you haters deadlift... he's training. he is not lifting that weight to show off.

you are rounding your back that is bad! keep a straight preferably arched back or you will injur yourself!

If you are under 82.5kg, that is a definitely a heavy weight to be rocking, so I won't knock your intensity.

Not a bad lift. But it would be advisable to work on your form a bit before continuing at that weight to avoid a back injury. A better belt would also help. I use a Inzer 13mm lever belt and it provides great back support.
