Yep, no problem

Omg. I have always had trouble working with pasta away from the kitchen. Thank you for the tips. You make all your Meals look so Luxurious. Im a Vehicle dweller and am always looking for tips and tricks to work with.
Where's the black pudding? Just teasing. It looks delicious.
🤢🤮
Did this for our Venturing Crew canoe trip and everyone loved it. Also, Pork & Beans are a pretty close substitute for the Heinz Beans 👍🏻
nice, good suggestion
Looks delicious!
Dry heaving at the vegan sausage, but other than that, doesn't look like gravy.
I welcome you to try it, way better than a packaged meal.
Superman needs to unwrap the cheese 😅. Looks tasty. Thanks for great recipes & some humor to brighten our day!
Nice chopsticks.
If you want your stoves to live as long as possible, never ever cook food with lid! It will boil over, run liquid to burner and it will never be cleaned again, and will fail over time... ask me how i know.
A problem with a lot of freeze dried or dehydrated herbs is people use them wrong. Take the chives, soak them in water to hydrate them and then use them. Don't just throw them into your food. Same with garlic powder. Garlic powder is 300% better if you hydrate it before using it. Btw, I completely agree on spring onions, I use them all the time on trail. And broccoli will stay nice for 5 days too. I even take cherry tomatoes. But I am on my 11th Thru-hike, I am sick of hiker food, so I don't mind carrying a bit extra weight for decent food.
Omg I want that knife fork.
What are the chucks in the noodles?
Dried mushrooms. Green onions
I'm confused with the babybella cheese?? Leave wrapper and wax on it????
Gotta have some fun every once and a while!
@@ChefCorsohaaaa.. love it!
😳
love your content, but this was pretty cringe
never sit below your stove
He is going to learn a painful lesson if he keeps that up. He could sustain some serious damage to some very sensitive parts!

Sodium content: 40,000 MG /serving.
o yea...this is not low
Chef, I think you’ve been alone in the woods too long 😂
ha...mayyyyybe
weird 🙃
Very wierd
Q: why did you leave the plastic wrapper on the baby bel cheese?
Super stomach? 💪
why not!? gotta have some fun sometimes
Chef: tried out stuffing with Vargo. Stuffing too salty. Tasted good, but sodium untenable. Suggestions?
Make sure the seasonings are mixed up. They can fall to the bottom of the bag. You can also use unseasoned stuffing mix and add your own levels of salt and seasonings.
Thank you for your reply. So I experimented. Went to simple grocery store reading the sodium on the labels, and bought freeze-dried shitake and no sodium " Herb-Ox" Bullion. Also plain Chinese Soba Noodles and cooked with about 8 0z water on my alcohol stove. I used about 4 broken shitake or about 6 grams and about 52 g of broken noodles; the Herb Ox packet was so light it did not even register on my gram scale; stirred all with my Spork. Cooked for about 2 minutes-- not too long, as I wanted contents to still have structure but noodles soft. it worked. Had to re-hydrate shiitake. I let the pot cool. It I possible to create low sodium meals. I repackaged in smaller plastic baggies with the names of products used from larger cellophane packages. I got a photo of finished product if you are interested.
Own a vargo. Tested out on cookie sheet Inside. Simple to blow out, have small silicone “pot grippers “ for all. Need windscreen out. Use wooden strike matches. Although Vargo more pricey, uses different fuels. Only use denatured alcohol for soot-free cooking.
Carrying all that shit. . .
I believe in you. You're a strong buck
Smoked salmon is also great. In Germany we have a salmon substitute made from a cod species. It comes with oil. It´s good in salads.
Diabetic friendly! Thanks
It's like being a Benihana's and watching the Japanese chefs cook your meal! Looks so yum! 😋
On the Destination Dinner comment in the video. On a recent Canoe Trip with our Scout Troop. We took a Morning, packed up our Lunches and went exploring. After getting to a spor on a stream where there was very little water and going upstream towards rapids. We ended up stopping next to a road bridge and had lunch while ttucks mostly were going by blowong their airhorns for us. Most had instant Ramen. Oe a can of soup. O Had the Ultimate Trail Steak Taco. Even found these Garlic flavoured Pork Rinds that went PERFECTLY with the recipe. Overly Garlicy on their(love them on their own). But with all rh3 other ingredients added just enough Garlic to them.
Charlotte is a crazy place. Come to the triad (Winston-Salem/Greensboro/High Point) sometime. Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock State Park are near by.
Ah, Charlotte's not too bad. A little busy for sure, but nothing like bigger cities.
Frosty but no fries to dip in the frosty? Great video 🙂
I like it. Been using folgers seep bags
Needed more than mentioned, does not hint to what other ingredients are.
I already stopped eating this apple and all apples really nine years ago, but honestly, this thing does not taste any different from any other apple in the world. It tastes exactly the same. of course it’s Millie. It’s an apple it’s and all other apples are the worst things you could possibly put in your mouth. Actually don’t just stop buying red delicious stop buying any apples in fact in my school there was this girl named Mila and she went on a destructive rampage one time cause she wanted an apple proving that apples are bad for children’s brains in fact that same year when I was the school president outlawed all apples but to be fair, will it doesn’t taste good in fact, it’s the worst thing that you can possibly put in your mouth. It’s absolutely doesn’t stand out from any other Apple. so yeah.
How much water?
8-10 oz. Adjust as needed based on your desired texture.
Looks awesome ! I just ordered your cedar recipe book! Keep being awesome !
Cheers AG!
Excellent meal plan. I'm definitely trying this. Thanks for sharing.
I'm fairly new to the channel and have tried some of the recipes that you've highlighted in the videos and they were really great. It's amazing that the conversations you had at the end of this video are very similar to ones I've had while out in the woods with friends! Thanks for sharing!
welcome aboard and yes, food is always a great topic!
Simply just add gelatin it'll fool anyone into thinking the broth had been stewing for hours. I tend to take a mini jam jar with soy, hoison and rice wine vinegar then I throw in chilli, garlic and ginger then whatever else I can forage or grab from a local store on the way in
Another awesome video and meal. I have a question about your crumble. I know fresh is always best, but would pear cups, frut cocktail cups work with your recipe? I like the use of the granola bars. Which got me thinking. What a bout grape nuts for a toping? I do like mixing it in with my cream of wheat. Bit of history info, did you know that grape nuts is what Edmund Hilary and his Sherpa are while climbing Mnt. Everest?
yes, to cocktail cups and grape nuts.
Love this video thanks, I’m heading out this weekend and plan on making the salmon cakes I saw from a video a few weeks ago. I’m wondering for perspective is the cast iron used in this video 10”? 12”?Thanks!
I think it was a 12 but it will work great for any size
Another great video. Greetings from Brazil.
cheers JM!
Great idea
I do it mushrooms and gravy
Hi, is the Jiffy mix a sort of the italian polenta? Thank you
Jiffy is a combination of cornmeal, wheat flour and some other ingredients. Grits/cornmeal/polenta are all pretty much the same thing. Dried ground corn.
Thank you
I love Opinel knives and have several different sizes, I was looking into this but I’m kind of on the fence because when eating a steak I need both knife and fork at the same time, also wondering about food getting stuck in the wood/safety since the wood doesn’t take well to be soaked in water. Such quality knives at such affordable price
that is one downside. the 2 handed eating.
Same exact thoughts. The package is priced rather comfortably at the moment. But.. that one design issue is a no go for me too 😢
Great idea Chef.
Thank you for this great review, and hands on use of this interesting road cooking device.
looks like a Chinese knockoffs
