I understand the volume control by potentiometer. I deduce that the potentiometer that has associated capacitors is a passive tone control. In fact, I can't clearly understand the effect of that potentiometer, because you placed the LEDS on the speaker cone and that just makes mechanical noise. And the video ends abruptly, precisely when it was important for everyone to notice the effect of the potentiometer in question. The 3055 Transistor produces 0 volts don't be fooled. 😢
I spent my hard eanred money and ordered several dozen of the 3rd item which is 3055 transistor. I am unable to get any voltage out them at all when heating them up. Did you lie about these transistors being able to make voltage when heated up ? I sure hope not...that would be a terrible thing to do.

Can the 3055 transistor be subjected to longterm heat, so it will output voltage for long lengths of time ? for example, hooking it to a small dc motor with a fan blade and setting the 3055 transistor on top of a hot wood stove ?

WARNING! CFL bulbs have a poisionous mercury inside. Do this outside with face mask to make sure you don't inhale it. But I recommend you to don't do it and just take the broken bulb and properly recycle it.
