  Hello Ashu ma'am! Greetings from Denmark! Are these like very super nutritional? I am Danish man and my mother-in-law is actually Hindu lady! She cooks these paneer parata everyday in her breakfast and she eats like 4-5 of these! I eat 1 piece white toast normally. Her health is tremendous power and her arms are like solid muscles!! I feel quite low and defeated :(

  Thank you for the comment. This recipe is actually super nutritious 😊. Paneer is loaded with protein and other nutritions. Even I eat stuffed parathas in breakfast 5 times a week. The only difference is , I keep on changing the stuffs. Sometimes it is paneer other time it is potato, beetroot, cheese and even peas.

  @@ashuscookingmagic Thank you for your advice and great guidance, Ashu ma'am! Actually, in Denmark I had never before seen such a powerful meal and so tremendous health like my mom-in-law has! She also makes the stuffing with potato, spinach, or cauliflower! She is very big and strong because of her powerful meals like this I guess! Her arm is just pure solid muscles!! I will try to add paratha to my diet. I had tried yesterday but even 1 paratha is so huge! My mom-in-law told these are very nutritional meals and a must for great strength and health! I am sorry to ask you a lot :(
