  Looks cool. Will try it and decide between it and fitxr. Also trying supernatural, which is good for cardio but not great for lower body or toning.

  Just tried this, this is awesome. Been looking for a weight trainer to use with my physical weights/dumbbells and I found it. Awesome.

  I'm sorry but the "full body workout" in LiteSport is seriously laughably bad. Let's do squats...ok now let's do air speed bag, ok now let's do virtual battling ropes with zero resistance...oh you thought there was more? Nope. Seems like such an afterthought mode.

  There are - hooks are included in Liteboxer's advanced programming.
