Fitness & Finance

My name is Curt and welcome to my channel. I review fitness products, do a cost analysis on them, then give them my own rating to help you decide whether they are worth purchasing or not. I buy all of my products with my own money, and I’m not sponsored by anyone. If I am given a product for free by a manufacturer, I will always let you know at the beginning of the video. I am also NOT a certified nutritionist or trainer or health professional, so always do your own research on a product before trying it. I hope my videos give you a little extra information that can help you out!

    A couple of game changers for me - changing poncho, finally, after years, I've bought one. Brilliant! Finally, after years of refusing to get one, I've ordered a changing mat/bag. Plus, if you are working a lot , or have a busy schedule, it's nice to know there is a meal waiting for you when you get home and you only have to heat it up. When I had the subscription, I still cooked breakfast for myself, as I didn't mind that. Plus it saved me buying an extra meal. I hope you enjoy it!

As I write this they are offering a 50% off deal for the first month. Start by clicking on "find a coach" and go through the prompts. I believe you have to go through all the prompts until you get to the pricing. (I can't remember now!). If you don't want to join after doing all that, just leave the website. Here's a rephrased version of your text: I believe this isn't intended for counting your 10k steps. In my opinion, and I could be wrong, it might be burning more calories per step than normal walking outside. What do you think?

  • @FitnessFinance4u
    @FitnessFinance4u20 күн бұрын

    More like this. Since the manual says to only use it for 15 minute intervals or it can be damaged, you can't get your 10K steps during one workout session. You'll have to break it into 15 minute multiple intervals. You can burn more calories on the mini stepper if you use the arm bands to help get your heart rate up. Although, you could also walk up stairs or a hill and achieve the same outcome.
