  Thanks for making this vedio. It help our medical carrier. But some difficulty found. If you improve that could help all medical students. During making notes found your note is some times another places and you tell about other or before note. It will better make a slide, pdf pages or fix pages and discussed about it.   I have a question, you are working in the ward and you are receiving a post operative patient ( post appendectomy) suddenly the patient asked for water to drink, what will you do? Will you give or not? Why?

  Cant give water. It will cause for vomiting . But you can moisture his/her lips by wetted cotton swab. AWA should be encourage taking fluid after 6-12 hours until urine is clear (Additional - continue N/S until MO order to stop it for maintain fluid level of the patient and stop dehydration . )
